Clinical Observation On Postoperative Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Damp-heat Perianal Abscess With Self-made Bupi Qushi Decoction

Objective: Through clinical observation of the effect of self-made Bupi Qushi decoction on wound recovery,complications and overall curative effect of spleen deficiency and damp-heat perianal abscess,the efficacy and safety of Bupi Qushi decoction were objectively evaluated.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The patients in the control group were treated with routine anti-infection and wound dressing change after operation,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made spleen-tonifying and dampness-removing decoction from 1 to 14 days after operation.After 3 weeks of treatment,the wound area,wound healing rate,wound pain,edema,exudation,granulation growth and wound healing time were evaluated in the two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in related indexes between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After analyzing the related indexes after treatment,it was found that:(1)on the 21 st day after operation,the treatment group was better than the control group,and all the curative effect indexes were statistically different(P<0.05).(2)on the 14 th day after operation,the change of wound area,wound healing rate,wound pain score,wound exudation and granulation growth in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)on the 7th day after operation,the wound healing rate,wound pain score and granulation growth in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).During the follow-up for 6 months,there was no recurrence.Conclusion: The application of self-made Bupi Qushi Decoction in the operation of perianal abscess of spleen deficiency damp heat type can significantly alleviate the pain of patients,reduce wound exudation,accelerate the growth of wound granulation tissue,shorten the healing time and improve the healing rate.There was no adverse reaction during the treatment,the curative effect was reliable and the safety was high.
