Clinical Observation Of Lianbei Qingre Qushi Recipe For Postoperative Ischiorrectal Abscess With Downward Flow Of Damp-heat

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Lianbei Qingre Qushi recipe on postoperative ischiorrectal abscess with downward flow of damp-heat.Methods:70 postoperative patients who were admitted to the anorectal department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with35 patients in each group.After operation,the patients in both groups were given basic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was given Lianbei Qingre Qushi Recipe for fumigation and bathing,and the control group was given Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji for fumigation and bathing.The wound secretion,pain,granulation growth and wound size of the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment on the first day after operation and on the 7th,14 th and21st day after operation,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results: Among the 70 patients included in this study,one patient in the control group failed to take drugs regularly and return to the clinic because of poor compliance after discharge,and the remaining 69 patients successfully completed clinical observation.There was no statistical difference in sex composition,age,wound quantity,initial wound area after operation,pain and secretion between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,there were significant statistical differences in wound secretion,pain and wound area between the two groups on the 7th,14 th and 21 st day after operation(P < 0.01),which indicated that the two treatment methods had definite effects after operation for ischiorectal abscess with downward flow of damp heat.In terms of wound secretion,the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the 21 st day after operation(P > 0.05).In terms of wound pain,the treatment group was better than the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the 21 st day after operation(P > 0.05).In terms of wound granulation growth,the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the 21 st day after operation(P > 0.05).In terms of wound healing,the curative effect of the two treatment methods was similar on the 7th day after operation(P > 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 14 th and 21 st day after operation(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two treatment methods(P > 0.05),and the total conspicuous effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.After3 months follow-up,there was no recurrence in both groups.Conclusion: Lianbei Qingre Qushi recipe has definite curative effect on postoperative ischiorrectal abscess with downward flow of damp heat,which can improve postoperative anal pain,reduce wound secretion and promote granulation and wound growth,and there is no adverse reaction after taking the medicine,so it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
