| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Shengxian Decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with pectoral qi collapse and blood stasis.Methods: The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.All cases were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,rosuvastatin calcium tablets and isosorbide mononitrate tablets.On this basis,the control group was given Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill,and the treatment group was given Shengxian Decoction.The observation period is four weeks.Observe the changes before and after treatment,fill in Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale and TCM Syndrome Score Table,and use SPSS 26.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results: 1.There were 4 cases of shedding during treatment,and 66 cases were included in statistical analysis,including 33 cases in treatment group and33 cases in control group.2.Both groups can improve patients’ TCM syndromes.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group is 60.61%,and that in the treatment group is 87.88%,which is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving symptoms such as chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation,fatigue,feeling of abdominal pain and falling(P<0.05).3.Both groups can improve ECG efficacy,reduce nitroglycerin dosage and improve SAQ score,and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).4.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment,and no obvious abnormalities were found in the safety indexes after treatment.Conclusion: The modified Shengxian Decoction has obvious curative effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with pectoral qi collapse and blood stasis,and it is of positive clinical significance to treat stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from pectoral qi collapse. |
