Research On The Medication Rules Of Angina Pectoris In Coronary Heart Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on the data mining method to study the medication rule of tonifying qi and activating blood for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,summarize the commonly used core drugs and drug properties,commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations of tonifying qi and activating blood for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris provides the basis for medication.Methods:The literatures published in Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Medicine,VIP Network,Cochrane Library,Pub Med,Embase and other Chinese and English databases in the past 10 years were searched for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris using the method of invigorating qi and activating blood,collect and organize relevant prescriptions according to the intake and discharge standards,build a prescription data set for tonifying qi and activating blood,the data mining software SPSS Modeler 18.0 is used for data modeling,and the Apriori algorithm is used for association rule analysis and complex network construction;SPSS Statistic 22.0 system clustering module is used for cluster analysis and summarization of clustering methods,construction of association rule matrix and application of factor analysis The module performs factor analysis and extracts common factors;Microsoft Excel 2013 was used for frequency statistical analysis,and the core drugs and drug properties,high-frequency drug pairs and core drug combinations were summarized through data mining results.Results:1.A total of 513 prescriptions were included in this study,involving a total of 278 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 5,254 drugs,and the top 30 drugs with the most frequent use had a cumulative frequency of 3,582,with a cumulative frequency of 68.18%.2.The results of the distribution of the four qi of the medicine: 101 medicines belong to the cold nature,88 belong to the warm medicine,66 belong to the flat medicine,13 belong to the cool medicine,and 10 belong to the hot medicine.Taste;the distribution results of the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and acrid,and the distribution of meridians is mainly the liver,lung,stomach and spleen.3.Association rule analysis obtained the core drug pair and drug combination of tonifying qi and activating blood for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.There are 23 common factors with basic eigenvalue>1 for high-frequency drugs after 40 iterations,and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 62.318%.Conclusion:1.Salvia,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,Angelica,Panax notoginseng,Gualou,red peony,safflower,Xiebai,Poria,Zhigancao are the main drugs for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris by tonifying qi and activating blood.2.Flat,warm and cold,sweet,bitter and pungent,the heart meridian,liver meridian and lung meridian are the main flavors and meridians of the core drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris by tonifying qi and activating blood.3.The drug compatibility rules of tonifying qi and activating blood method in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris are mainly reflected in the aspects of nourishing qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing the heart and soothing the nerves.4.The core prescription of tonifying qi and activating blood to treat coronary heart disease and angina pectoris consists of astragalus,angelica,salvia,and chuanxiong.
