Analysis Of Distribution Law Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Six Meridians In Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To explore the distribution of syndrome differentiation of chronic heart failure based on the syndrome differentiation of six meridians,and to provide reference for the clinical application of six meridians syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods: By formulating the western medicine diagnostic criteria,traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria,six meridian syndrome differentiation criteria and chronic heart failure six meridian syndrome differentiation questionnaires for chronic heart failure.168 patients with chronic heart failure who met the inclusion criteria were collected in the cardiology ward and outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.The general data,Western Medicine symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,complications and other relevant clinical data of patients with chronic heart failure were collected.The six meridians syndrome differentiation was obtained by using the six meridians syndrome differentiation method,and Excel and SPSS 26.0 were used to investigate the distribution of syndrome differentiation of chronic heart failure.Results: Among the 168 patients with chronic heart failure included in the study,23 types of six meridian syndrome differentiation were obtained.The patients with single meridian disease were the most,101 cases,accounting for about 60.2%,followed by the patients with two meridians diseases,54 cases,accounting for about 32.1%,and the patients with multiple meridians diseases were the least,13 cases,accounting for about7.7%.Shaoyin disease and Taiyin disease have the highest frequency among monomenstrual diseases,including 44 cases of Shaoyin disease and 22 cases of Taiyin disease,accounting for 26.2% and 13.1% respectively.Followed by Jueyin disease,shaoyang disease,Taiyang disease and Yangming disease.In the classification obtained after splitting all syndrome differentiation types into single meridian,Shaoyin disease also has the highest frequency,99 times,accounting for about 39.9%,followed by Taiyin disease,52 times,accounting for about 21.0%,Jueyin disease has a slightly lower frequency,40 times,accounting for about 16.1%,followed by shaoyang disease,Taiyang disease and Yangming disease.Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation of six meridians is a feasible dialectical method for chronic heart failure;Syndrome differentiation of six meridians can provide some reference for clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.
