Study On The Classical Prescriptions For The Treatment Of Heart Failure Based On The Six Meridians Of Ancient Medical Books

Objective:Based on data mining technology,statistics and analysis of highfrequency prescriptions for the treatment of heart failure in ancient medical books were conducted to summarize the distribution of symptoms,tongue and pulse,prescription drugs and distribution law of six meridians,as well as the characteristics of different syndromes of heart failure,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of heart failure based on syndrome differentiation.Methods:In this study,the Chinese Medical Code(optical disc edition)was used as the carrier for manual retrieval,and traditional Chinese medicine literature on heart failure before the founding of the People’ s Republic of China was collected,including medical classics,diagnostic methods,materia medica,formulary,medical theory,medical cases,shanghan,jinkui,warm disease,comprehensive medical books,clinical departments and other medical books.We took "lung expansion","gasping syndrome","xinji","zhengchong "," edema ","water mark "," xinzhang"," xinbi" and " xinke","phlegm retention" and "suspended drink","excessive drinking" and "zhiyin","dispirited","xiongmen" as the keyword search,recorded the extracted literature information into Excel,standardized treatment of symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine and pulse conditions,and six classics are distinguished according to the formulated standard of syndrome differentiation.SPSS26.0 and SPSS Modeler were used for frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,and the common prescriptions and formula composition rules were summarized.Results:(1)After searching,1152 relevant literatures were preliminarily selected,and a total of 259 literatures were included by carefully reading the full text and strictly following the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The top 10 prescriptions for prescription plus or subbing are Wuling powder,Shizao decoction,Guizhi decoction,Mahuang decoction,Sini decoction,Xiaoqinglong decoction,JiJiao Lihuang pill,Linggui Zhugan decoction,Xiaochaihu decoction,Zhenwu decoction.(2)The high-frequency prescriptions for the treatment of heart failure are mainly phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs,tonic drugs,diuretics,diaphoretic drugs,and interior-warming drugs.Multiple temperature;spicy,bitter,sweet;the meridian tropism mostly belongs to the lung and spleen meridians,followed by the stomach,heart,kidney and large intestine meridians.(3)In the analysis of association rules,the drug pairs with high support were "shengjiang-dazao","zexie-zhuling-fuling","dajigansui-yuanhua","ganjiang-guizhi-xixin","wuweizi-ganjing","wuweizi-xixin",etc.(4)Traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of ≥20 draba were grouped into 7 groups.Group 1:daji,gansui,yuanhua,dahuang,tinglizi,huajiao;Group 2:fangji,sangbaipi,zexie,zhuling,fuling,baizhu,chenpi;Group 3:xingren,houpo;Group 4:fuzi;Group 5:shengjiang,dazao,zhigancao,mahuang,shigao;Group 6:ganjiang,wuweizi,xixin,banxia;Group 7:guizhi,baishao,renshen,huangqi.(5)The 259 literatures included were analyzed,and a total of 15 types of syndrome differentiation were obtained.Yangming disease had the highest frequency and appeared 52 times(20.08%),followed by taiyang-taiyin combination disease with 45 times(17.37%),taiyin disease with 39 times(15.06%)and shaoyin disease with 28 times(10.81%).According to the distribution of single menstrual disease after separation,the frequency of taiyin disease was the highest,124 times(31.88%),followed by taiyang disease,yangming disease,shaoyin disease,108 times,95 times and 52 times.From the point of view of single menstrual disease and multiple menstrual disease,single menstrual disease was the most,147 cases,accounting for 56.76%.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of heart failure can start from several aspects,such as purging water and removing moisture,invigorating the spleen and promoting water and removing dampness,reducing qi and relieving asthma,promoting lung and removing surface,promoting water and removing swelling,hydrating and removing qi and removing surface,fore-and-aft elimination.(2)By analyzing the distribution of the six meridians,we found that the frequency of taiyin disease was the highest in heart failure,followed by taiyang disease,yangming disease,shaoyin disease,suggesting that we should pay attention to strengthening the spleen and promoting water permeability in the treatment of heart failure.(3)The frequency of lunar taiyang-taiyin disease is the highest among the two diseases,which is closely related to the fact that most of the treatment drugs for heart failure belong to lung and spleen channels,and it suggests that we should pay attention to tonifying lung and spleen,avoiding cold evil invasion,preventing before disease in the treatment of heart failure.(4)For the treatment of heart failure,syndrome differentiation of six channels is a feasible method.Syndrome differentiation of six channels can provide reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of heart failure.
