Clinical Observation Of Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To provide train of thought and strategies for Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure,Clinical observation methods were used to explore the efficacy and safety of it combined with Western Medicine Guide to treat chronic heart failure(external cold and internal fluid,blood stasis and dampness obstruction Syndrome).Methods:64 patients with a certificate judgment criteria were randomized to the control group and the treatment group,and 32 patients were randomized.The control group adopted a routine guide treatment.On this basis,the control group was added to the Chinese medicine soup,and the medication was 2 weeks.Laboratory examination indicators,imaging examination indicators,and symptoms,signs,and statistical comparisons before and after treatment were collected.Results:Before treatment,the age,gender,cardiac function classification,Chinese medicine symptoms,and Lee’s heart failure score were not significantly different(P>0.05),Two groups were comparable.After treatment,the two groups of patients have significant improvements in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,Lee’s heart failure score,LVEF,NT-Pro BNP,etc.(P<0.05);Inter-group comparison,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,TCM symptoms,NT-Pro BNP,the improvement effect of Treatment group is superior to the control group,and the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the efficacy of the TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 96.77% and 84.38%,respectively.The difference between the two groups has statistically significant too,the effectiveness of the treatment group is more significant(P<0.05);the two groups have no adverse reactions during the treatment,and the safety indicators are not significantly abnormal.Conclusion:Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Western Medicine Guide can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function classification,the quality of life.reduce the patient’s NT-Pro BNP level.No adverse reactions were found during treatment,and treatment is safe and effective.
