Clinical Study On Treating Chronic Pulmonary Heart Diseases In Acute Exacerbation (External Cold With Internal Drinking Syndrome) With Jiaweixiaoqinglong Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Jiaweixiaoqinglong decoction in treating chronic pulmonary heart diseases in acute exacerbation(External cold with internal drinking syndrome),To provide scientific bases for clinical application.Methods:60 case of patients according to the diagnosis standards in the study were selected and divided into two groups randomly:the control group with 30 cases were given western medicine to cure CPHD regularly,the therapy group with 30 cases were added Jiaweixiaoqinglong decoction on the basis of the cure of the control group. The changes of clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1 The curative effect comparison:there was significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.2 The integral of main and secondary symptoms of TCM, integral of western medical signs comparison:the scores of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment, there was significant differences between the two groups. 3 Hemorheology comparison:the improvement of hemorheology targets in treatment group was better than that in control group. The difference between groups was statistical significance(P<0.01).4 The following observations were obtained by the blood gas analysis:PaO2 and SaO2 increased, PaCO2 reduced;and there also existed a significant difference in these indices between the two groups after therapy(P<0.05).5 H2S comparison:the improvement of the H2S in treatment group was better than that in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P<0.01).6 The level of H2S was significantly positive correlated with those of PaO2 and SaO2 and negatively correlated with those of PaCO2. 7 In the course of treatment, no adverse reaction was been found in both groups.Conclusions:1 The treatments of Jiaweixiaoqinglong decoction which based on routine modern medicine managements for patients of chronic pulmonary heart diseases in acute exacerbation got manifest therapeutical effects.2 Jiaweixiaoqinglong decoction can significantly improve the patients'blood microcirculation, blood gas analysis,regulate the content of H2S in blood plasma.3 It's a safty and effective ideal prescription for treating the chronic pulmonary heart diseases in acute exacerbation (External cold with internal drinking syndrome).
