Objective: By observing the effects of Shugan Jianpi Decoction on the gallbladder contraction rate in patients with chronic cholecystitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, this study comprehensively evaluated the clinical effect and safety of Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, show the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and then provide relevant theoretical support and new treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods: In this study,60 patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given Shugan Jianpi Decoction, while Danle Capsules were used in the other group. Both groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.During the whole process, the three major routines, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function,TCM symptom scores, gallbladder contraction rate, and gallbladder ultrasound results of gallbladder were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups of patients. Then, the therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were deeply analyzed, and the clinical efficacy of different treatment plans of the two groups in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency was finally evaluated. Results: There were no obvious differences in gender, age, disease course distribution and clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.1.Total effective rate: The total effective rates of the two groups of patients after treatment were Comparison, respectively: the experimental group was90.00%,while the control group was 76.67%,the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).2.TCM symptoms score: The total TCM symptom score of the two groups of patients after treatment was lower than the score before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment programs both can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic cholecystitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Symptoms were all effective, and the total score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental group had a significant therapeutic effect. In terms of reduction, and the right upper quadrant tenderness was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;in improving the symptoms of fatigue and fatigue, the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant; However, there was no significant difference between the two treatments in the improvement of shantaiqi and mouth bitterness(P>0.05).3.Gallbladder B-ultrasound: The improvement of gallbladder B-ultrasound in the test group(93.33%)was better than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was evidently significant(P<0.05).4.Gallbladder contraction rate:After treatment, the improvement of gallbladder B-ultrasound in the test group(93.33%)was better than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Decoction can tremendously improve the clinical symptoms, signs, gallbladder B-ultrasound and increase the gallbladder contraction rate in patients with chronic cholecystitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Medication selection and reference.
