Clinical Observation Of Shugan Erjin Decoction In Treating Chronic Cholecystitis With Hepatobiliary Syndrome

Objective: Discuss the clinical curative efficacy and safety for Shu-Gan-Er-Jin Decoction to treat chronic cholecystitis stagnated qi of liver and cholecyst syndrome, as well as its effect on the contractibility of gallbladder.Methods: 60 suitable chronic cholecystitis stagnated qi of liver and cholecyst syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 30 cases. Treat them with dosage in, Shu-Gan-Er-Jin Decoction and Danshilitong tablets separately for 30 days;and then observe the clinical symptoms and the gallbladder’s size and morphology changes by using ultrasonic before and after treatment.In addition,it also can observe the change of gallbladder contraction function by determining the gallbladder ejection fraction through fat meal test.Results:1. Clinical curative effect evaluation:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while the other group was 66.67%,the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The two groups before and after treatment symptom scores and integral difference were statistically significant(P <0.05). To compare the scores of the two main symptoms before and after treatment, the treatment group had statistical significance(P <0.05).However,in the Control group, the first main symptoms(in the right hypochondrium pain) before and after treatment compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05), while the second main symptoms(pain due to emotional changes aggravate or alleviate) haven’t statistical significance before and after treatment(P > 0.05).2. Ultrasound evaluation of curative effect:By the ultrasound inspection before and after the treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33%, obviously higher than the control group(68.75%), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After the treatment of gallbladder ejection fraction of patients in two groups were compared with the previous, there was statistically significant(P <0.05). The difference of GBEF between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05). After the treatment of gallbladder contraction function of patients in two groups were compared with the previous, there was statistically significant(P <0.05). The gallbladder contraction function after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Shu-Gan-Er-Jin decoction can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of chronic cholecystitis stagnated qi of liver and cholecyst syndrome patients,as well as improve the total efficiency, and have an advantage in improving the main symptoms.It also can polish up the patients’ gallbladder wall thickness, coarse degree and sound transmission by using ultrasonography, and enhance contraction function of gallbladder.Those hint the Shu-Gan-Er-Jin decoction may can by promoting the gallbladder’s contraction to increase the fraction of gallbladder ejection for achieving the cholagogic action.
