Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Chi Lili In The Differentiation And Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis Based On The Auxiliary Platform For TCM Inheritance

Objective: By collecting and arranging the medical records of Professor Chi Lili in the treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis(BRG),and using data mining technology,the syndrome differentiation methods and medication rules of Professor Chi Lili’s treatment of BRG were sorted out and summarized.So as to provide a basis and new ideas for clinical differentiation and treatment of this disease.Methods: To summarize and sort out the medical records of BRG patients who visited the outpatient and inpatient departments of Professor Chi Lili in the Internal Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2022,extract and normalize the screened medical records.and the data of gender,age,and anxiety and depression scores were statistically analyzed using Excel software.At the same time,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)was used to carry out multi-angle statistical analysis on the information of the four diagnoses of medical records,the nature and flavor of traditional Chinese medicine,the meridian,and the rules of compatibility and formulation.Result:1.A total of 452 patients were included in this study,including 194 males and 258 females,with a male-to-female ratio of about 1:1.33.The highest proportion is in the age group of 30-39.2.There were 284 BRG patients with emotional problems,accounting for62.83% of the total.Among them,121 cases of BRG with anxiety and depression,92 cases of BRG with anxiety,and 71 cases of BRG with depression.3.The high frequency symptoms were epigastric burning pain(67.70%),bitter mouth(65.27%),heartburn(61.28%),frequent belching(56.64%),poor sleep(52.65%),irritability(51.55%).The red tongue accounted for the highest proportion in the tongue texture,accounting for 43.81%;the yellow coating in the tongue coating accounted for the highest proportion,accounting for 37.58%;and the pulse string accounted for the highest proportion in the pulse condition,accounting for 42.48%.4.Prescription Statistics:(1)A total of 846 prescriptions were included,and the high-frequency drugs were as follows:Poria,Pinellia,Malt,Roasted Licorice,Bupleurum,Baiji,Paeonia lactiflora,Bran Fried Coix Seed,Codonopsis,Fried Atractylodes,Cyperus officinalis,Gardenia,Cortex Moutan.(2)In the analysis of the four gases of the drug,the proportion of warm drugs is the highest,followed by flat drugs,cold drugs,cooling drugs,and hot drugs;Flavor analysis showed that the proportion of sweet herbs was the highest,followed by pungent herbs,bitter herbs,sour herbs,astringent herbs,and salty herbs;The main channels of medicine are the spleen channels and stomach channels,followed by the lung channels,liver channels,heart channels,kidney channels,gallbladder channels.(3)Based on the association rule Apriori algorithm,the number of support degrees is set to 170,and the confidence level is set to 0.9.On the basis of obtaining 653 drug combinations,3832 results are obtained by association rule analysis,of which 628 have a confidence level of 1.(4)The correlation degree is set to 9 and the penalty degree is set to 4.Potential drug combinations can be mined based on the improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering method,and new prescriptions can be obtained based on the potential previous studies,BRG can be divided into liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome,liver-qi invading stomach syndrome,cold-heat mixed syndrome,spleen-deficiency-dampness syndrome,phlegm-heat internal resistance syndrome,and spleen-stomach-qi deficiency syndrome,the application software can draw the "drug-syndrome-disease" network display map of Professor Chi Lili’s classification and treatment of BRG.Conclusion:Professor Chi Lili believes that the disease is located in the stomach and is closely related to the liver,spleen and heart.Weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root of the disease.Although exogenous and six pathogenic factors,diet and internal injury can all cause the disease,emotional factors are the main predisposing factors.In treatment,strengthen the spleen and stomach to cure the root cause,soothe the liver and calm the heart.The characteristics of the drug are both attack and complement、bitter and spicy herbs are used together、use cold and warm medicines together.In addition,we are deeply committed to integrating the microscopic indicators of western medicine such as endoscopic manifestations into the system of differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Get accurate,effective results for drug use.
