Clinical Study On Tongqiao Liangyin Acupuncture Therapy In Treatment Of Broca’s Aphasia After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongqiao Liangyin acupuncture therapy in the treatment of broca’s aphasia after stroke,in order to optimize and perfect the clinical acupoint selection formula of this disease.Methods:68 patients with broca’s aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into 34 cases in the experimental group and 34 cases in the control group.On the premise of basic treatment,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with Tongqiao Liangyin acupuncture,1 course of 10 days,6 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the changes of the total score of Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)and its five sub-items,the score of Chinese Functional Communication Profile(CFCP)and the curative effect of overall language function between the two groups were recorded to analyze and evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)There were significant differences in the ABC total score and CFCP score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the ABC total score and CFCP score between the experimental group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Among the five sub-items of ABC,there were significant differences in the five sub-items scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the three sub-items scores of conversation,comprehension and retelling between the experimental group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the two sub-items scores of naming and reading were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The total effective rate was 90.63% in the experimental group and 84.37% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Liangyin acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can both improve the language function and daily language communication ability of patients with broca’s aphasia after stroke.Although there was no significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups,the former can significantly improve the language function and daily language communication ability compared with the latter,and has more advantages in improving the obstacles of conversation,comprehension and retelling.
