| Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical effect of the addition of wenjing decoction combined with auricular point pressing and letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility patients with Chongren deficiency type,To explore the idea of western medicine combined with internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 62 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of PCOS infertility Chongren deficiency type were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with the addition of wenjing decoction combined with auricular point sticking combined with letrozole(LE),human menopausal chorionic gonadotropin(HMG)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).The control group received conventional western medicine,letrozole,HMG and HCG,after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the efficacy judgment was made by comparing the improvement of TCM syndromes,the changes of body mass index(BMI),the pregnancy rate,the dosage of HMG,and the endometrial thickness on the day of HCG injection between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:Results:1.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of basic conditions(age,years of infertility,BMI before treatment)and TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the two groups was comparable.2.After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,82.1%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.The clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups of patients was 60.0% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 32.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the observation group and control group were 90.0% and 50.0%.Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the improvement of TCM syndromes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average TCM syndrome score of the observation group was 4.07,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was 9.11,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of BMI before and after treatment in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in BMI of the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The BMI of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the average BMI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.In the three ovulation induction cycles,the average number of HMG tubes used in the observation group was 5.51 tubes,which was significantly less than the 6.53 tubes in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.In the comparison of endometrial thickness on the day of HCG injection,the endometrial thickness of the observation group and the control group were9.29 mm and 8.35 mm,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the addition wenjing decoction combined with auricular point sticking and letrozole in the treatment of PCOS infertility with Chongen deficiency type has achieved a satisfactory clinical effect.Integrative medicine therapy can effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the dosage of HMG,increase endometrial thickness,improve obesity,and significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.And the comprehensive clinical curative effect obtained by this program is better than that of using western medicine alone. |
