Objective: To study the effect of pressing acupuncture combined with Bazhen Decoction on the labor process and delivery outcome of term pregnancy primipara with weak qi and blood, the method of nourishing qi and nourishing blood provides new ideas for shortening the labor process, alleviating the pain of puerperae, improving the quality of life after childbirth and promoting natural childbirth. Methods: A total of 90 full-term primiparous women who meet the Qi and blood deficiency type were screened.30 cases were included in the blank group, two of them were detached cases, and a total of 28 cases were actually included in the blank group. The remaining 60 selected women were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group, there were no cases of detachment. The blank group was given regular diet and delivery instruction, the control group was given the addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine Bazhen decoction, and the experimental group was given pressing acupuncture combined with the traditional Chinese medicine Bazhen decoction. The average pain visual analog scale(VAS score)in each labor stage, the total amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2 hours and 24 hours, the rate of postpartum anemia, the total amount of lactation in 3 days postpartum, the neonatal Apgar score in 1 minute, and the delivery way,the willingness of vaginal delivery again, and the influence of TCM clinical syndrome score related indicators, the duration of each labor stage, the average pain visual analogue scale(VAS score)in each stage of labor, the total amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum, the rate of postpartum anemia, the total amount of lactation in the three days postpartum, the newborn Apgar score in 1 minute were recorded in three groups of pregnant women. The delivery mode, willingness to give birth through vaginal delivery again, the influence of TCM clinical syndrome score and curative effect were evaluated, and the safety was evaluated, and then the statistical analysis was performed. Results: 1.Intrapartum indicators:(1)Time of labor: the first and second stages of labor in the control group and the experimental group were shorter than those in the blank group, and the first and second stages of labor were in the experimental group from short to long.experimental group, control group, blank group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the time of the third stage of labor among the three groups(P>0.05).(2)Pain visual analogue scale(VAS score): The average VAS score of each stage of labor in the control group and the experimental group was lower than that of the blank group, and the average VAS score of each stage of labor was the experimental group, the control group, and the blank group in order from low to high, with statistical differences.Academic significance(P<0.05).2.Postpartum indicators:(1)The total amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery: the total amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery in the control group and the experimental group was less than that in the blank group, and the total amount of bleeding was the experimental group, the control group, and the blank group in descending order. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total amount of lactation 3 days postpartum:the total amount of lactation 3 days after giving birth in the control group and the experimental group was better than that in the blank group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Neonatal Apgar 1-minute score: There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).(4)Willingness to deliver vaginally again: the number of people with high willingness to deliver vaginally again in the control group and the experimental group was significantly more than the blank group, and the experimental group was better than the control group group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Laboratory index:(1)Postpartum anemia rate: The postpartum anemia rate in the control group and the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the blank group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017);while the anemia rate between the control group and the experimental group was not statistically significant(P>0.017).4.TCM syndrome score and TCM efficacy: The TCM syndrome score and TCM efficacy of the control group and the experimental group were better than those of the blank group, with statistical significance(P<0.05),however,compared with the control group, there was no statistical significance in the total score of TCM clinical syndromes and TCM efficacy in the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Safety test: liver and kidney function were normal in the three groups, and no adverse events occurred. Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy combined with the modified Bazhen decoction of traditional Chinese medicine can shorten the labor process, relieve labor pain, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, increase postpartum lactation, improve labor process and delivery outcome, and increase maternal willingness to give birth through vaginal delivery again.Combined by nourishing qi and nourish blood, give full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide new ideas for reducing non-indicative cesarean section and increasing the rate of natural childbirth. |
