The Problems And Countermeasures Of Basic Public Health Services In Chongqing Dadukou District

Ten years ago,the government emphasized in its development policy that "education is the priority and the development of health should be accelerated." By the implementation of Healthy China,the people’s understanding of "health" has continued to deepen,and the demand for health services has also increased.In recent years,the state’s finances have also continuously increased investment to ensure basic public health services throughout the life cycle of the people.After more than ten years of continuous efforts,the basic public health service projects in Dadukou District of Chongqing City have achieved certain results,but there are still some problems in the specific implementation.This article mainly uses field research and collection and analysis of relevant data to understand the specific conditions of the institutions that provide basic public health services and related infrastructure in Dadukou District of Chongqing City.A comprehensive analysis of the basic public health service work in Dadukou District is carried out on the status of technical equipment,the comprehensive ability of service providers,the financial support provided by various levels of finance,and the results of various performance evaluations.The study found that Dadukou District still has the following problems in the implementation of basic public health services: the system is not sound enough,poor number and ability of personnel,low level of information,and the residents in the jurisdiction are weak in public health awareness.The main reason is that the system construction involves a wide range of departments.Due to historical problems,there is no mental health center in Dadukou District,and the lack of professional institutions is serious;there is no better training mechanism and incentive mechanism for personnel;the process of information construction is relatively slow;Residents in the jurisdiction are greatly influenced by traditional ideas and do not accept the new concept of combining prevention and treatment.In this regard,corresponding solutions are proposed: First,the government needs to take the lead in building a reasonable public health system.Second,Dadukou District should establish its own talent training mechanism,while improving performance to retain talents,and then vigorously develop informatization construction,and finally return It is necessary to continuously publicize public health policies for residents in the jurisdiction through means such as signing contracts with family doctors to increase acceptance.
