Study On Rural Environmental Health Development Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

China’s rural areas have long been dominated by extensive economic development,weak public foundation,weak environmental awareness of villagers,ecological damage,environmental pollution and other accumulated environmental health problems increasingly prominent,affecting the construction process of beautiful countryside.The rural revitalization strategy was proposed in the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.The relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural environmental health is dialectical and unified.Rural revitalization stimulates the vitality of rural environmental health,and rural environmental health development boosts rural revitalization.The "ecological livable" in the rural revitalization strategy also puts forward new requirements for the development of rural environmental health work.This paper brings the study of rural environmental health into the vision of rural revitalization strategy,taking M town in N city as the research object,analysing the environmental health situation in M town.I get a detailed understanding of M town through carrying out the comprehensive improvement of living environment,optimizing of county-rural environmental health personnel configuration,promoting the integration of urban and rural environmental health,constructing of "beautiful country" and establishing long-term mechanism of environmental health management and protection under the background of rural revitalization which improve the living environment of the whole town.However,M town also faces new difficulties in the development of environmental health,such as unreasonable establishment of environmental health organization,backward village planning restricting environmental health work,insufficient investment in environmental health remediation resources,and weak awareness of environmental responsibility.Comprehensive analysis of the causes of the dilemma is mainly from four aspects: unclear positioning of government functions,imperfect rural sanitation laws and regulations,imperfect participation and assessment mechanism of multiple subjects and lack of strategic thinking of sustainable development.Finally,based on the theory of good governance and sustainable development,I put forward countermeasures and suggestions under the background of rural revitalization strategy,that are clarifying the environmental health governance institutions and their responsibilities,improving the construction of environmental health supporting system,establishing a multi-subject participation platform,and improving the environmental health funding guarantee mechanism.This paper focuses on the environmental health research of a medium-level town,and the research conclusion can be used as a reference for the environmental health work of rural towns with the same level of development in China.I hope that this paper can provide reference for other villages to promote the continuous development of environmental health under the strategic background of rural revitalization.
