Study On The Collaborative Health Governance Model Of Rural Residents Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

As the "Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" was clearly proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made an important deployment and outline guidance for rural revitalization.The Plan issued in 2018 clearly pointed out that by 2035,decisive progress should be made in rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization should be basically achieved;By 2050,the rural areas will be fully revitalized,and strong agriculture,rural beauty and farmers’ prosperity will be fully realized.The health of residents is an important basis for the harmonious development of rural society and economic take-off.At present,China is facing a series of problems in urbanization,and rural development urgently needs to build a higher level and more targeted governance model: rural residents’ health collaborative governance model.The development and expansion of rural residents’ health can not be separated from the strong support of the rural residents’ health collaborative governance model.The goal of health governance can be achieved by organically integrating healthy people,health education,healthy life,healthy environment,etc.The author analyzed and studied the collaborative governance theory and good governance theory through the literature research method.With the construction of rural residents’ health collaborative governance model in R District of J City as the starting point under the current background of rural revitalization,the author conducted field research on the health governance model of rural residents in R District,and practiced and analyzed the measures taken by R District to promote the construction of rural residents’ health collaborative governance model through questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and other methods Existing problems and analysis of causes.Through field research,it can be concluded that: first,the local government plays a dominant role in the construction of rural residents’ health coordinated governance model,which is the most influential factor for the effectiveness of health governance;Second,there is still a need to deepen the coordination among government departments.While the existing coordination mechanism is operating effectively,it is still difficult to avoid communication and collaboration problems;Third,it is difficult for non-governmental organizations and social forces to exert their full strength,especially in the construction of rural residents’ health coordinated governance model,which is still difficult to highlight its effective role for various reasons;Fourth,residents,as the main participants in the construction of rural residents’ health collaborative governance model,have a low degree of participation,their awareness of participation is still insufficient,and their participation in governance is not deep enough.The author strives to put forward a series of countermeasures from deepening policy coordination and the coordination ability among the coordination subjects,so as to seek to constantly explore the road to the development of healthy governance under the background of rural revitalization.The innovation of this paper lies in the integration of collaborative governance theory into the generous policy of rural revitalization strategy.In the context of rural revitalization,the government,social organizations,residents and other different subjects conducted in-depth interviews and research,as well as the record and analysis of the practice of building a collaborative health governance model for rural residents in Area R,in order to promote the renewal of the concept of health governance for rural residents,improve the progressiveness of health governance methods,and help the sustainable development of the collaborative health governance cause for rural residents.In October of the golden autumn,we will usher in the 20 th National Congress of the Party.China will usher in a new journey in the golden age,and the rural revitalization work will also achieve greater results.Ten years of high gorge water storage,straight cloud sail to the sea;After ten years of climbing,the Chinese ethnography is higher.We need to build the image of China with greater confidence and courage,welcome the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and look forward to a better and more brilliant future for the health governance of rural residents in China!...
