Construction Of Training Program For Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurses

Objective Through searching and analyzing the related literature of cardiac rehabilitation,specialist nurses and nursing training at home and abroad,combined with semi-structured interviews with experts in the field of cardiac rehabilitation,this study initially formed a training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses,and determined the specific content of the program by Delphi method.To provide objective reference for the specific implementation of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurse training,and promote the specialization and standardization of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurse training,improve the quality of training.Methods1.Through literature review,we systematically searched and evaluated the clinical practice guidelines related to cardiac rehabilitation nursing and its specialist nurse training,integrated the recommendations of the guidelines,and formed the content elements of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurse training program.2.The experts related to cardiac rehabilitation were selected as the interviewees.Through the semi-structured interview,the understanding,expectations and requirements of the experts on the training of specialist nurses in cardiac rehabilitation were deeply understood and analyzed.The relevant elements of the training program,such as admission conditions,training objectives,training methods and assessment,are supplemented.3.Delphi method was used to demonstrate the training program of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses.On the basis of literature review and semi-structured interview,the expert consultation questionnaire was compiled.Questionnaires were sent to 17 experts in the field of cardiac rehabilitation nursing who met the selection criteria for two rounds of consultation.Excel and SPSS statistical software were used to sort out and analyze the data.Combined with the index inclusion criteria and expert opinions,the items at all levels were screened and assigned.The precedence chart method is used to determine the weight value of each index.Finally,the training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses was determined.Outcomes1.Through literature search,a total of 13 practice guides related to cardiac rehabilitation nursing training were included,and the quality evaluation was 6 A-level and 7 B-level.The recommended opinions of the guide were integrated and analyzed to form 4 recommended topics,including cardiovascular theoretical knowledge,five prescriptions related knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation,cardiac rehabilitation evaluation,health education management,and12 recommended opinions,as the elements of the training program content.2.According to the interview with 9 experts in the field of cardiac rehabilitation,experts generally believe that it is necessary to carry out the training of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses.In the theme of training content,experts believe that the five major prescriptions of cardiac rehabilitation related knowledge and the evaluation of patients’ cardiac rehabilitation are the key contents that need to be trained.At the same time,the experts put forward constructive suggestions on the subjects of admission conditions,training objectives,training methods,examination and evaluation methods.3.Combined with the previous guideline evidence integration and the results of semi-structured expert interviews,the preliminary draft of the training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses was formed.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation,and the effective recovery rate of questionnaires was 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.908 and 0.929 respectively.In the second round of expert consultation,the Kendall coefficients of the third level items of training content were 0.232,0.144 and 0.160,(P < 0.05),indicating that the experts had a high degree of recognition of items at all levels.At the same time,according to the item screening criteria and expert opinions,and using the precedence chart method to calculate the weight value of all levels of items in the training content,the training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses was finally determined.ConclusionBy means of literature review,expert interview and Delphi method,a training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses was constructed,which included training access conditions,training objectives,training contents(4 first level items,19 second level items and82 third level items),training methods,examination and evaluation methods,providing reference for the training of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses.
