Construction And Empirical Study On Evaluation System Of Anesthesia Specialist Nurses Training Effect Based On Kirkpatrik Model

[Purpose] Based on The Kirkpatrik mode,this study constructed the evaluation index of training effect of anesthesia nurses that not only conforms to China’s national conditions but also reflects the professional characteristics of anesthesiology nurses,so as to provide reference for the evaluation of training effect of anesthesiology nurses.[Methods] Semi-structured personal interview: semi-structured interviews were conducted with senior experts engaged in anesthesia nursing management,nursing teaching,clinical anesthesia and anesthesia nursing to refine the evaluation dimensions of training effects.Literature analysis: to clarify the professional characteristics of anesthesiology nurses,summarize and form the initial screening items.Delphi method: two rounds of expert correspondence consultation were conducted to modify and improve the indicators and form a questionnaire to evaluate the training effect of anesthesiology nurses.Empirical study: This index system was used to conduct an empirical study on the training effect of anesthesia nurses in Hubei Province,to further verify the scientificity and applicability of the evaluation system,and put forward the optimization strategy of the training effect.[Results] 1.Evaluation framework and connotation research: based on the semistructured interviews and literature research,the evaluation framework of anesthesia nurse training effect including three-level structure and 35 items and connotation definition of each item was preliminarily constructed based on The Kirkpatrik mode.2.Evaluation index system construction: Through two rounds of expert letter consultation,the evaluation index of anesthesia nurse training effect was formed: including4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 94% and 100%,respectively.In general,experts were highly enthusiastic about the research content of the questionnaire.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were all >0.8,indicating that the authority coefficients and credibility of experts were high.Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.101 and 0.146 respectively,P < 0.01.Among the first-level indicators,the weight coefficients of reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer are 28.95%,21.19%,34.15% and 15.71%respectively.3.Questionnaire reliability and validity analysis: the total Cronbach. coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.997,the S-CVI of response layer,learning layer,behavior layer and outcome layer were 0.97,1.00,0.98 and 0.94 respectively,the S-CVI of the overall questionnaire was 0.97,and the I-CVI of each scale item ranged from 0.80 to 1.00.The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.4.Empirical study on the application of evaluation system: The satisfaction score of training effect was(4.37±0.95).The four dimensions of the scale from high to low were learning layer(4.41±0.94),reaction layer(4.38±0.98),outcome layer(4.37±0.98),and behavior layer(4.30±0.98).Combined with the post-training assessment results of 100%training pass rate and 90% excellence rate in theory,operation and practice evaluation,it is shown that the training and learning layer has good effect and high quality.The total score of 38 indexes was 4.47~4.21.Among them,the highest three are the theoretical knowledge and skills of the learning layer,the training content of the operation and reaction layer,and the lowest three are the scientific research ability,paper writing ability and quality improvement ability of the behavior layer.5.Evaluation result verification: Through the feedback survey,72.3% of the respondents’ recognition of the evaluation results was obtained,and about 87% of the students said that the evaluation scheme was scientific and recommended.[Conclusions] This study constructed the evaluation index system of anesthesia nurse training effect through scientific method.The index system can better reflect the training effect,has certain guiding significance to promote the continuous improvement and optimization of training program,and provides reference for improving the training effect of anesthesia nurse in China.The empirical results suggest that the behavioral layer should be the focus of future training improvement.
