| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Wang’s promoting healing formula sitting bath on the degree of pain,wound secretion,wound healing time and wound granulation growth of wound after operation of low sphincter anal fistula with damp heat injection,so as to provide basis for the clinical application of Wang’s Promoting Healing Formula in promoting wound healing after operation of low sphincter anal fistula with damp heat injection.Methods: from February 2021 to December 2021,62 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria of damp heat injection type low sphincter interanal fistula and low anal fistula incision under spinal anesthesia were included in the anorectal area 2 of Quanzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into 31 cases in the study group and 31 cases in the control group.After regular treatment after operation,the study group was treated with Wang’s promoting healing formula and the control group was treated with potassium permanganate hip bath.The hip bath was taken once every morning before dressing change,and the hip bath treatment lasted for 3 courses(21 days).The pain,secretion penetration into gauze,granulation tissue growth and wound healing time of the two groups before medication(the first day after operation)and on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st days after operation were recorded.The collected data are used in the statistical software spss23 0 for statistics and analysis.Results: in the process of clinical research,a total of 62 cases were studied and observed,31 cases in the study group and 31 cases in the control group.Analysis of general information before treatment: the two groups were statistically compared in age,gender and original area of postoperative wound,P > 0.05.There was no statistical difference.The basic data before treatment of the study group and the control group were similar and comparable.The research results are analyzed as follows:(1)Wound pain degree: the comparison of wound pain degree scores between the two groups before medication,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the data of the two groups were comparable.There was significant difference in the degree of wound pain between the two groups at 3,7 and 14 days after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of Wang’s promoting healing formula hip bath in relieving the wound pain after low anal fistula operation was significantly better than that of potassium permanganate hip bath.There was no significant difference in the degree of wound pain 21 days after treatment(P > 0.05).The effect of the two groups on wound pain 21 days after treatment was the same.(2)Wound secretion: the score of wound secretion before treatment in the two groups was compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the data of the two groups were comparable.The score of wound secretion 3 days after treatment,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that Wang’s promoting healing formula and potassium permanganate had the same effect on wound secretion 3 days after treatment.The average postoperative wound secretion score of the two groups at 7,14 and 21 days after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Wound granulation tissue: the comparison of wound granulation tissue growth score between the two groups before medication,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant,indicating that the data of the two groups are comparable.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of wound granulation growth 3 and21 days after treatment,P > 0.05,indicating that Wang’s promoting healing formula hip bath and potassium permanganate hip bath had the same effect on granulation growth 3 and 21 days after treatment.The comparison of granulation tissue growth scores between the two groups 7 and 14 days after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of Wang’s promoting healing formula hip bath in promoting granulation tissue growth was significantly better than that of potassium permanganate hip bath.(5)Comparison of overall efficacy: 21 days after treatment,the effective rate of the study group was 96.77% and that of the control group was 80.64%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).It shows that the pain,secretion and granulation growth of the two groups are improved after 21 days of treatment,and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group is better than that in the control group.Conclusion: the hip bath treatment of Wang’s promoting healing formula can reduce the complications of the wound after the operation of low sphincter anal fistula with damp heat injection.The curative effect is clear.It can significantly alleviate the postoperative wound pain,reduce the generation of wound secretion,promote the growth of granulation tissue,promote wound healing and shorten the healing time.And the use process has no adverse reactions,good safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
