Objective:To observe the clinical effect of adding and reducing Qi Zhi Decoction on postoperative bleeding, edema, pain and wound healing time of circular mixed hemorrhoids with dampness and heat.Methods:Sixty-eight case of patients who met the selection criteria are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table. Both groups were treated under general anesthesia + local anesthesia with selective upper hemorrhoid mucosal resection and stitching + internal hemorrhoid ligation + external hemorrhoidectomy. After surgery, the treatment group was treated with adding and reducing Qi Zhi Decoction and the control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution. The bleeding, anal edema and wound pain of patients in both groups are scored before treatment on the 1st postoperative day,and on the 3rd,6th and 12 th postoperative days. Finally, the postoperative wound healing time of patients on both groups was recorded. Each symptom score was recorded on the table and Spss21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.General conditions: a total of 2 cases were shed and rejected during the study period, and 66 cases eventually met the criteria(33 cases each in the treatment and control groups). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age, gender, duration of illness and pre-treatment conditions(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Bleeding: when comparing the two groups in terms of bleeding before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of bleeding before treatment. When comparing the bleeding between the two groups on postoperative days 3,6 and 12,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving bleeding.3.Anal edema: there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups in terms of anal margin oedema before treatment and on the 12 th postoperative day, indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of anal margin oedema before treatment and on the 12 th postoperative day.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)when comparing the edema at the anal verge on postoperative day 3 and day 6,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the edema at the anal verge.4.Wound pain:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of trauma pain before treatment and on the 12 th postoperative day(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of trauma pain before treatment and on the 12 th postoperative day.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)when comparing the trauma pain situation between the two groups on postoperative day3 and 6,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing trauma pain.5.Wound healing time: when comparing the postoperative wound healing time between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in promoting wound healing.6.Overall efficacy:when comparing the overall efficacy of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.9% and that of the control group was 78.8%,indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group in improving the post-operative complications of cricoid mixed haemorrhoids was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Adding and reducing Qi Zhi Decoction can effectively relieve postoperative bleeding, anal edema and wound pain in patients with damp-heat waciated wadded circular mixed hemorrhoids, promote wound healing and relieve patients’ pain.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the process of medication, with good safety and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
