Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yinhuangqingretang Fumigation And Washing For The Treatment Of Postoperative Wounds Of Mixed Hemorrhoids With Damp-heat Infusion Syndrome

Purpose:Investigating the clinical effect of Yinhuang Qingre Decoction fumigation and washing on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids with moist heat and betting type Material and method:Eighty patients with mixed hemorrhoids with hot and humid syndrome treated by external hemorrhoidectomy and ligation of internal hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was fumigated with 1:500 potassium permanganate solution.With the initial value before the first fumigation,washing and dressing change on the first morning after the operation,the wound pain,wound drainage,anal dilatation,wound healing and postoperative quality of life on the 3rd,7th and 11 th days after the operation were recorded,respectively,and analyzed by statistical method.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of general data and the comparison between the two groups on the first day after surgery(initial value);2.In terms of relief of wound pain,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment groups on the 3rd day after surgery,and the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 7th and 11 th day after surgery;3.In terms of promoting wound healing,treating wound drainage,relieving the feeling of anal dilatation and postoperative quality of life,the treatment group on day 3,7 and 11 was superior to the control group;4.Comparison of overall efficacy after 7 days: the treatment group was significantly effective in 28 cases,effective in 10 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases,with a total effective rate of 95%;the control group was significantly effective in 15 cases,effective in 22 cases,and ineffective in 3 cases,with a total effective rate of 92.5%.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Yinhuang qingretang fumigation and washing therapy was better than 1:500 potassium permanganate solution in terms of wound pain,wound healing,wound exudation,anal dilatation and postoperative quality of life after treatment with mixed hemorrhoids with hot and humid syndrome;2.Yinhuang qingretang fumigation and washing has a quick effect on the wound treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with dampness-heat syndrome after operation,no toxic and side effects and adverse reactions have been found in clinical observation,the drug use is safe and the clinical effect is satisfactory,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
