Objective:1.To investigate the distribution of syndrome elements in T2 DM patients with dyslipidemia in Fuzhou city.2.To explore the correlation between syndrome elements and gender,age,BMI,blood glucose and blood lipids of T2 DM patients with dyslipidemia in Fuzhou city,so as to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation of T2 DM patients with dyslipidemia.Methods:Acquisition in March 2021 to September in fuzhou of fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital see a doctor and,discharge standard,204 cases of patients with T2 DM combined dyslipidemia,to fill in the questionnaire,collect their gender,age,BMI,blood glucose,blood lipids and other information and four diagnostic information,application "in traditional Chinese medicine health status identification system" software analysis it is concluded that the quantitative score,SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical description and correlation analysis.Results:1.Distribution of TCM syndromes:The frequency of the main syndromes of T2 DM complicated with dyslipidemia in Fuzhou urban area were spleen,kidney and liver.The frequency of the main deficiency syndrome elements were Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.The frequency of the main solid syndromes were as follows: dampness,phlegm and blood stasis.2.Correlation study between syndrome elements and different factors:Spleen was positively correlated with WHR,BMI and TG,and negatively correlated with HDL-C.Kidney was positively correlated with age and the course of diabetes.Liver was positively correlated with age and course of disease,but negatively correlated with BMI and WHR.Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency were positively correlated with the course of disease and age,Yin deficiency was negatively correlated with WHR,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency was negatively correlated with gender.Humidity was positively correlated with WHR,BMI,TG and smoking,and negatively correlated with HDL-C and APO-A1.Sputum was positively correlated with WHR,BMI,TG,smoking and drinking,and negatively correlated with HDL-C,APO-A1 and age.Blood stasis was positively correlated with age and course of disease.Heat is positively correlated with smoking and negatively correlated with age.Conclusion:1.Spleen was the main disease location in fuzhou urban patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with dyslipidemia,followed by kidney and liver.The main syndromes are Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis.2.Age and course of diabetes were positively correlated with kidney,liver,deficiency syndrome and blood stasis,while age was negatively correlated with phlegm and heat.3.Smoking,BMI,WHR were positively correlated with spleen,dampness and phlegm.4.TG was positively correlated with spleen,dampness and sputum,HDL-C was negatively correlated with spleen,dampness and sputum,and Apo-A1 was negatively correlated with dampness and sputum. |
