Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Yiqi Yangyin Jiangdu Decoction On Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy (G1A2 Stage) Of Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Jiangdu decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease G1A2 stage of qi-Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis.Methods: 62 patients with G1A2 stage diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of qi and Yin combined with blood stasis were randomly divided into control group(n = 31)and experimental group(n=31).The control group was given basic treatment to control blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipids,and the experimental group was given basic treatment at the same time with oral nourishing Qi,Nourishing Yin and reducing toxin soup.The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks.The changes of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),serum creatinine(Scr),estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),TCM syndrome score and safety indexes in 2 groups before and after treatment were observed.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in general information(gender and age),relevant laboratory indicators and TCM syndrome scores between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.The TCM syndrome score of experimental group and control group was improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 83.33%,and that in the control group was 63.33%.The therapeutic effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The total clinical efficacy rate of Yiqi Yangyin Jiangdou decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of qi and Yin combined with blood stasis in G1A2 stage was 73.33%,46.67% in the control group,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Compared with before treatment,HbA1c level in experimental group was improved after treatment(P < 0.05),Scr,e GFR,UACR and FPG were significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.01);The levels of Hb A1 c and FPG in the control group were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),and the differences of UACR were significantly improved(P < 0.01).5.After treatment,the efficacy of Scr,eGFR and UACR in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).6.During the treatment course of this study,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the monitoring of vital signs was stable.No abnormalities were found in electrocardiogram,blood routine,stool examination + occult blood test and liver function.Security level: Level 1,safety.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Yangyin Jiangdu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of qi-Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type diabetic kidney disease in G1A2 stage.Compared with conventional Western medicine,it has a better effect on improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome.2.After treatment,the levels of UACR,Scr,HbA1c and FPG in the experimental group decreased,while the level of e GFR increased,suggesting that Yiqi Yangyin Jiangdu decoction has a certain effect on reducing proteinuria,delaying the progression of renal function and regulating glucose metabolism,and the efficacy is better than that in the control group.3.In this study,there was no short-term adverse reaction of Yiqi Yangyin Jiangdu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine,which is of good safety and can be popularized in clinical use.
