Research On The Theory Of Exterior And Interior Relationship Between Heart And Small Intestine Based On Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology

Objective:To study the theory exterior and interior relationship between heart and small intestine based on infrared thermal imaging technology.Through moxibustion on the original points of heart meridian and small intestine meridian,to observe whether there is a correlation between the changes of heart temperature and small intestine temperature,and to explore the theory of exterior and interior relationship between heart and small intestine.With objective data to support verification,expound and demonstrate the visceral manifestion image theory of traditional Chinese medicine,provide visual and objective scientific explanation and objective description,and provide richer modern scientific research materials for traditional Chinese medicine theory.Methods:100 college student volunteers were selected and 50 cases of Shenmen and carpal bone acupoints were moxibustion by infrared thermal imaging technology to stimulate the channel qi of small intestine and heart meridian.The temperature data of heart,kidney,lung,spleen,liver and small intestine,gallbladder,bladder,large intestine and stomach before and after moxibustion at Shenmen and carpal bone acupoints were observed,recorded and compared by spss26.0 statistical software for paired t-test analysis of measurement data,In x±s(mean ± standard deviation),and then the difference between the temperature data of the heart area and the small intestine area,bile area,stomach area,large intestine area and bladder area before and after moxibustion at the original point of the heart meridian and Shenmen point,and the difference between the temperature data of the small intestine area and the heart area,liver area,spleen area,lung area and kidney area before and after moxibustion at the wrist bone point of the original point of the small intestine meridian were compared by univariate regression analysis with spss26.0 statistical software,To observe which viscera have more significant temperature changes.At the same time,before and after moxibustion of the original points of the heart meridian and small intestine meridian,the temperature data of Xinshu point,Xiaochang point,Guanyuan point and Juque point were also selected,and spss26.0 statistical software for paired t-test analysis of measurement data and the difference between the temperature data of Xinshu point,xiaochangshu point,Guanyuan point and Juque point were analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software to do univariate regression analysis for correlation comparison.After moxibustion at the original point,Beishu point and Mu point are selected for further discussion and analysis.Results:In the comparison of temperature of various parts before and after moxibustion at Shenmen point,There was significant difference in temperature and data difference between heart and small intestine(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference and date difference in temperature between liver,kidney,lung,spleen,gallbladder,stomach,bladder and large intestine(P>0.05).In the comparison of temperature of acupoints before and after moxibustion at Shenmen point,the temperature difference and data difference between Xinshu point and Guanyuan point and Juque point and Xiaoshanshu point were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of temperature of various parts before and after moxibustion at Wangu point,there was significant difference in temperature and data difference between small intestine and heart(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in temperature and data difference of liver,spleen,lung,kidney,gallbladder,stomach,bladder and large intestine(P>0.05).In the comparison of temperature of acupoints before and after moxibustion at Wangu point,the temperature difference data difference between xiaoshanshu point,Xinshu point,Juque point and Guanyuan point was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After moxibustion at Shenmen point,the temperature of small intestine area increases,the temperature of Xiaochangshu and Guanyuan points increases,the infrared thermogram shows the thermal deviation,and there is an obvious correlation between the temperature change of heart area and small intestine area,the temperature change of Xinshu point and Guanyuan point,and the temperature change of Juque point and the temperature change of Xiaochangshu point;After moxibustion at Wangu point,the temperature of heart area increases,the temperature of Xinshu point and Juque point increases,and the infrared thermogram shows thermal deviation,and there is an obvious correlation between the temperature change of small intestine and heart area,the temperature change of Guanyuan point and Xinshu point,and the temperature change of small intestine and Juque point.The above conclusions demonstrate the theory of exterior and interior relationship between heart and small intestine,provide visual and objective evidence for the visceral manifestion image theory of traditional Chinese medicine,support the verification with objective data,vividly explain and demonstrate the exterior and interior theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and further provide scientific explanation and objective description for promoting the visceral manifestion image theory.
