Objective: The theory of exterior and interior of Zang-fu organs occupies a place in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is also a unique part of the theory of viscera.It has been enriched and developed in long-term clinical practice.It has important guiding significance for expounding the physiological and pathological phenomena of the human body,treating diseases and preventing the transmission of diseases.The theory of exterior and interior of viscera puts forward the exterior and interior of lung and large intestine,which shows that there is a close relationship between lung and large intestine.In this paper,infrared thermal imaging technology was used to observe the corresponding relationship between lung temperature and large intestine temperature by moxibustion at Taiyuan acupoint and Hegu acupoint respectively,so as to explore the correlation between lung and large intestine.The modern technology of infrared visualization is used to verify the theory of exterior and interior of lung and large intestine,and modern scientific experiments are used to provide data support for the theory of exterior and interior of viscera,which adds modern scientific basis to the theory of exterior and interior of viscera.Better apply the theory of viscera phase to clinical,scientific research and teaching.The combination of infrared thermal imaging technology and modern inheritance research of traditional Chinese medicine provides an objective and visual scientific explanation and description for the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in clinical medical imaging diagnosis.it also provides more abundant modern scientific research data for the research of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:100 healthy volunteers of college students were selected to observe the temperature changes of lung and large intestine before and after moxibustion by infrared thermal imaging technique through Taiyuan and Hegu points of moxibustion subjects.In this paper,infrared thermal imaging technology was used to photograph the subjects,and the temperature data of lung,heart,liver,spleen,kidney,large intestine,small intestine,bile,stomach,bladder,Yumu acupoint(Feishu acupoint,Zhongfu acupoint)and large intestine meridian Yumu acupoint(Changshu,Tianshu acupoint)were observed and recorded before and after moxibustion at Taiyuan point and Hegu point.In this study,SPSS26.0 statistical software is used to analyze the paired t-test data of measurement data,and the measurement data are represented by (?)±s(mean ±standard deviation).Then the temperature difference between lung and large intestine,small intestine,gallbladder,stomach and bladder before and after moxibustion at Taiyuan acupoint,and the temperature difference between large intestine and lung,heart,liver,spleen and kidney before and after moxibustion at Hegu acupoint were compared with SPSS26.0 statistical software to do univariate linear regression analysis and correlation analysis to observe which Zang-fu organs had more significant temperature changes.At the same time,before and after moxibustion at the original acupoints of the lung meridian and the large intestine meridian,the temperature data of Feishu acupoint,Changshu acupoint,Zhongfu acupoint and Tianshu acupoint were selected for paired t-test analysis with SPSS26.0statistical software,and the differences of temperature data of Feishu acupoint,Changshu acupoint,Zhongfu acupoint and Tianshu acupoint were analyzed by univariate linear regression analysis and correlation analysis.Back Shu point and Mu acupoint are selected for further discussion and analysis.Results:The main results were as follows:(1)in the comparison of the temperature of different parts before and after moxibustion at Taiyuan point,(1)there was significant difference in the temperature of lung and large intestine(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the temperature of small intestine,bile,stomach and bladder(P>0.05).(2)the correlation between the difference of lung temperature before and after moxibustion and the temperature difference of large intestine,small intestine,bile,stomach and bladder was analyzed by univariate linear regression analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that there was significant difference between lung temperature difference and large intestine temperature difference.There was no significant difference between the temperature difference of lung region and that of small intestine,gallbladder,stomach and bladder(P>0.05).(3)in the comparison of acupoint temperature before and after moxibustion at Taiyuan point,there was significant difference in the temperature of Feishu point,Tianshu point,Zhongfu point and Changshu point.The correlation between Feishu point temperature difference and Tianshu point temperature difference,Zhongfu point temperature difference and Dachangshu point temperature difference before and after moxibustion was analyzed by univariate linear regression analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences between Feishu acupoint temperature difference and Tianshu acupoint temperature difference,Zhongfu acupoint temperature difference and Dachangshu acupoint temperature difference(P<0.05).(2)in the comparison of the temperature of various parts before and after moxibustion at acupoint Gu,(1)there was significant difference in the temperature of large intestine and lung region of the subjects(P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the temperature of heart region,liver region,spleen region and kidney region(P>0.05).(2)the correlation between the temperature difference of large intestine before and after moxibustion and the temperature difference of lung,heart,liver,spleen and kidney was analyzed by univariate linear regression analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that the difference between large intestine temperature and lung temperature was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the temperature difference of large intestine and that of heart,liver,spleen and kidney(P>0.05).(3)in the comparison of acupoint temperature before and after moxibustion at Hegu acupoint,there was significant difference in the temperature of Changshu,Zhongfu,Tianshu and Feishu points.The correlation between the temperature difference between Changshu and Zhongfu acupoint,Tianshu acupoint temperature difference and Feishu acupoint temperature difference was analyzed by univariate linear regression analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences between Changshu temperature difference and Zhongfu acupoint temperature difference,Tianshu point temperature difference and Feishu acupoint temperature difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:After moxibustion at Taiyuan point,the temperature of lung and large intestine increased obviously,the temperature of Feishu and Tianshu,Zhongfu and Changshu all increased,and the infrared thermogram showed thermal deviation.There was an obvious correlation between the temperature change of lung area and the temperature change of large intestine area,the temperature change of Feishu point and Tianshu point,the temperature change of Zhongfu acupoint and the temperature change of Changshu point.After moxibustion at Hegu acupoint,the temperature of large intestine and lung increased obviously,the temperature of Changshu and Zhongfu,Tianshu and Feishu increased,and the infrared thermogram showed thermal deviation.and there is an obvious correlation between the temperature change of large intestine area and the temperature change of lung area,the temperature change of Zhongfu acupoint,the temperature change of Tianshu acupoint and the temperature change of Feishu acupoint.This conclusion verifies the correctness of the exterior interior of lung and large intestine in the theory of exterior and interior of Zang-fu organs through the visualization data of infrared thermal imaging technology,and also shows that there is a close relationship between lung and large intestine in physiology and pathology.it provides data support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Zang-fu phase theory in the future.
