Treatment Of Guipi Decoction Combined With Eszopiclo Qi And Blood Deficiency Parkinson’s Disease Sleep Disorder Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective: By using Guipi Decoction combined with eszopiclone in the treatment of Parkinson’s sleep disorder of qi and blood deficiency type,the improvement of sleep quality and symptom relief of patients were observed,and a safer and more effective treatment idea was provided for the combined treatment of Parkinson’s disease sleep disorder with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: A total of 90 patients with Parkinson’s sleep disorder who were treated in the Department of Neurology,Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria.Ninety patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine control group(30 cases),western medicine control group(30 cases)and combined treatment group(30 cases)by random number table method.Decoction treatment,the western medicine group was treated with eszopiclone on the basis of conventional PD treatment,and the combination group was treated with Guipi decoction plus eszopiclone on the basis of PD treatment.The above 3 groups took 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and there were 2 courses of treatment for a total of 4 weeks.The gender,age,disease course and HY classification of the three groups of patients were analyzed,and the changes of PDSS scores,UPDRS scores,and TCM syndrome scores were observed in the three groups before and after treatment.Changes,overall clinical efficacy,data were analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.result:1.The general basic data of the three groups of patients were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of PDSS scores: After treatment,compared within the group,the PDSS scores of the three groups were significantly improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the PDSS score of the combination group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).indicating that Guipi Decoction combined with eszopiclone is more effective in improving sleep disorders.3.Comparison of UPDRS scores: After treatment,there was no significant difference in UPDRS scores between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).Compared between groups,there was no significant difference in UPDRS score between the traditional Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group and the combination group(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,compared within the group,the scores of patients in the TCM group and the combination group were improved to a certain extent,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared between groups,the score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the TCM group and the Western medicine group,and the TCM group was lower than that of the Western medicine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after treatment,within the group,the clinical symptoms of the three groups of patients were relieved to a certain extent,and the clinical efficacy of the combined group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guipi Decoction combined with eszopiclone combined therapy can improve the sleep quality of patients with Parkinson’s disease sleep disorders,prolong their sleep time,and reduce the sleep-onset latency and the number of nighttime awakenings.Clones are better.
