Research On Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Xiaoping In Treating Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:This topic aims to collect and sort out the cases of patients with diarrogenic irritable bowel syndrome treated by Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the outpatient clinic,analyze and conclude the medication rule of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of diarrogenic irritable bowel syndrome through the method of data mining,and summarize the medication thought of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of diarrogenic irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:The case information of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria and were treated by Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the TCM Clinic of Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from September 2019 to December 2021 was collected,and a total of 101 cases were collected.1.Will meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 101 cases of patients with primary data information after data normalization treatment entry this project research using the statistical software of Chinese auxiliary platform,inputting information include: date,name,gender,age,lingual arteries and veins,symptoms,syndromes,prescription medication,auxiliary examination,etc.2.The general information(gender,age),TCM syndrome type,prescription drug use(prescription drugs,drug efficacy category,drug taste)of 101 cases were counted for frequency and frequency.3.Statistical software was used to analyze the association rules of prescription drugs in the software database,to explore the potential relationship between professor Zhang Xiaoping’s prescription drug use in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,and to explore the medication rule of Professor Zhang Xiaoping.Results: The data information of 101 patients shows that:1.General information: Of the 101 cases included,56 were male and45 were female.The age distribution is between 13 and 80 years old,and the group of 30 to 59 years old has the largest number of 76 people,accounting for 75.25%.2.TCM syndrome type: The statistical results showed that the specific conditions of TCM syndromes were as follows: 45 cases of dampness of spleen deficiency,30 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,15 cases of dampness and heat of spleen and stomach,6 cases of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and 5 cases of cold and heat syndrome.3.Drug frequency and category: 96 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine were used in all patients,and the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine were malt,wheat sprout,licorice,poria cocos,tangerine peel and fructus aurantii,etc.The drug efficacy categories were mainly tonifying drugs,antidyspeptic drugs and qi-promoting drugs,and the frequency of use accounted for 49.60% of the total drugs.4.Drug taste: The drug properties of prescription drugs are mainly warm,flat and cold drugs.The common occurrence frequency of medicinal taste is sweet,bitter and spicy;Return to the meridian to enter the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian drugs.5.Prescription rules: When the number of support degree is 40 and the confidence degree is 0.9,combined with professor Zhang Xiaoping’s clinical experience,the commonly used drug combinations mainly include "Fructus aurantii,grain buds,malt","Shenqu,Atractylodes atractylodes","Codonopsis Pilosula,Atractylodes atractylodes,Fuling,Tangerine peel",etc.The core drugs of the syndrome of dampness of spleen deficiency were Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Atractylodes atractylodes,Coix seed,jujube,liquorice,fructus aurantii,grain bud and malt.The core drugs of The syndrome of Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes atractylodes,Poria cocos,licorice,tangerine peel,parsnip,paeonia alba,grain bud and malt.The core drugs of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach are scutellaria baicalensis,rhizoma coptidis,Rhizoma baiji,liquorice,wheat bud and malt.Conclusion:Through mining the data of 101 patients with diarrogenic irritable bowel syndrome treated by Professor Zhang Xiaoping,it is concluded that professor Zhang Xiaoping’s treatment is mainly based on invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,combined with dispelling dampness,soothing liver and relieving depression,focusing on regulating spleen and stomach qi,and often adding qi invigorating spleen and stomach qi to regulate the operation of spleen and stomach qi;The drugs are mainly tonifying drugs,antidotics drugs and qi drugs.The drug flavor is mainly sweet and warm,and there is no obvious xin and heat products.The drugs mainly enter the spleen,stomach,lung and liver channels.The commonly used therapeutic prescriptions are Tongxie Yaofang,Qiwei Baizhu Powder,Shenling Baizhu Powder,Gegenqinlian Decoction,etc.
