Objective:The clinical data of 90 patients with early Parkinson’s disease were collected and analyzed to explore the correlation between serum 25-OH-VITD level and TCM syndrome type of Parkinson’s disease, providing evidence-based basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods:A total of 90 patients with early Parkinson’s disease who met the requirements of inpatients in the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2021 were collected. They were divided into TCM visual, auditory and interrogative syndrome types, and analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software. The counting data was expressed as the number of cases(%),and the difference between groups was tested byχ~2test.Measurement data conforming to normality and homogeneity of variance were represented by(x?S),one-way an OVA was used for comparison of differences between two or more groups, and two-independent sample T test was used for comparison of differences between two groups. The serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were compared between PD and Non-pd physical examination population and the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were compared between PD syndrome types. Results:The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels of 90 early PD patients and 40 healthy people and PD patients with different syndromes were statistically analyzed, and the results were as follows:(1)Among them, there were 44 cases of insufficiency of liver and kidney,21 cases of stagnation of blood and 25 cases of phlegm-heat and wind-moving syndrome, accounting for 48.89%,23.33%and 27.78%respectively.Among them, the proportion of phlegm-heat and wind-moving syndrome was the lowest, and the proportion of insufficiency of liver and kidney was the largest.(2)The test results of PD patients and healthy people in terms of age, gender, disease course and other relevant data were all>0.05,and the test results of TCM syndrome type of PD and healthy people in terms of age and gender were P>0.05,indicating no statistical significance and comparability. The average level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in PD patients was 20.56±6.83ng/ml,while that in healthy subjects was 23.37±6.67ng/ml.After comparison,it could be seen that the average level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in PD patients was lower than that in healthy subjects. There was significant difference in serum 25(OH)D content between PD group and control group(P=0.031).(3)For the TCM syndrome type of PD,any two groups showed no statistical significance in age and gender by T test,P>0.05.According to the statistics of PD in different TCM syndromes, the F value of serum25 hydroxy-vitamin D level was 6.423,and the comparison between liver and kidney insufficiency and phlegm-heat and wind movement(t=2.125,P=0.042).There was no statistical difference between liver and kidney insufficiency and internal obstruction of congestion(t=4.435,P<0.001),and the P values between the two syndrome types were all<0.05,which was statistically significant. However, there was no statistical difference between phlegm-heat and wind movement and internal obstruction of congestion(t=0.726,P=0.472),P>0.05.Conclusion:The results showed that:(1)There was a correlation between early Parkinson’s disease and serum 25 hydroxy-vitamin D level. The average level of 25 hydroxy-vitamin D in PD patients was lower than that in healthy subjects.(2)Among the TCM syndromes of PD,the deficiency of liver and kidney accounted for the largest proportion, while the syndrome of phlegm-heat moving wind accounted for the smallest proportion. The three syndromes were ranked from high to low according to the level of serum25-hydroxy-vitamin D:stasis internal obstruction syndrome>phlegm-heat moving wind syndrome>deficiency of liver and kidney...
