| Objective:Based on the kirkpatrick model,a questionnaire for evaluating the effect of rural doctor health management service technical training was prepared, and its reliability and validity were tested. To understand the effect of rural doctors’ health management service technical training in some areas of Shanxi Province and analyze the influencing factors,to provide a basis for improving rural doctors’ health management service technical training and improve the quality of training. Methods:Based on the kirkpatrick model, the initial questionnaire for the evaluation of the technical training effect of rural doctors’ health management service technology was designed, and a test questionnaire for the evaluation of the effect of rural doctors’ health management service technical training was formed through expert consultation and research group discussions. From May to June 2021,a pre-investigation will be conducted with a test questionnaire, and rural doctors who have participated in the provincial key disease health management service technical backbone teacher training class in Daning County,Yonghe County and Yangqu County of Shanxi Province will be the survey objects.Pre-investigation data It was used for reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis in the initial testing stage to form a formal questionnaire for evaluating the effect of rural doctors’ health management service technical training.A formal survey will be conducted from July to September 2021,with rural doctors who participated in the training of key disease management technical specifications in Taiyuan City and Linfen City,Shanxi Province as the survey objects. The survey content includes the general situation of the surveyed rural doctors, training needs, and training effects.Confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity tests were performed on the survey data. Results:Based on the kirkpatrick model, through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, this study developed a measurement tool suitable for the effect of rural doctor health management service technical training, and tested its reliability and validity. The results showed that the final scale included 15 items in 4dimensions.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit was basically good. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.967,the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of each dimension were 0.962,0.958,0.971 and 0.919,and the CR values of each dimension were 0.963,0.958,0.971 and 0.919,respectively.The arithmetic square root of AVE is greater than the correlation coefficient between the factors. The correlation coefficient between each dimension is between 0.538 and 0.842,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score of the scale is between 0.754 and 0.934.A total of 294 rural doctors were included,of which 92(31.3%)had poor training effects. There were statistically significant differences in different majors, whether to obtain a practicing(assistant)certificate, whether to complete standardized training, monthly income, attitude towards previous training and the effects of different previous trainings(P<0.05).The differences in the training effects of rural doctors in four different dimensions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that those who obtained the qualification of practicing(assistant)physicians(OR=0.461,95% confidence interval of OR: 0.239-0.888,P<0.05),those who completed standardized training(OR=0.545,95% of OR)Confidence interval:0.310~0.956,P<0.05),satisfied with previous training(OR=0.140,95% confidence interval of OR: 0.045~0.435,P<0.05),high score in response layer dimension(OR=0.023),OR 95% confidence interval: 0.005~0.103,P < 0.05),and the result level dimension score is higher(OR = 0.124,OR 95% confidence interval: 0.020 ~ 0.768,P <0.05)rural doctor training effect is more effective Okay. Conclusion:The rural doctor health management service technical training effect evaluation scale developed in this study has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool for rural doctor health management service technical training effect evaluation. The training effect of health management service technology for some rural doctors in Shanxi Province is not good. They have not obtained the qualifications of practicing(assistant)physicians, have not completed standardized training, are dissatisfied with previous training, have low scores in the response dimension, and low scores in the outcome dimension, which affect the training of rural doctors.effect factor.According to the training needs of rural doctors at different levels, scientific, rational and targeted training should be organized to improve the training effect. |
