Research On The Construction Of Quality Evaluation Index System For MPH Graduate Students Under The Background Of New Medical Science

Objective:The new medical construction brings new opportunities for public health education,and the new coronary pneumonia epidemic brings new challenges for public health personnel training.In this context,the need for reform of the public health personnel training system is deepening,especially putting forward higher and newer requirements for the professional master of public health(MPH)training system.In this paper,we analyzed and studied the quality of MPH training,explored new standards of MPH talent training quality,and built a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for MPH training quality,so as to provide a scientific basis for further improving the comprehensive ability of public health talents to meet the needs of society and the health needs of the people.Methods:This study used the literature review method to understand the training objectives and competency requirements of domestic and foreign masters in public health,and the current situation and development trend of public health education training in China,and initially formulated the MPH talent training quality evaluation index system after the panel discussion.Two rounds of questionnaire survey were completed with 20 domestic experts in related fields using the expert consultation method,and the selection criteria were modified based on expert opinions and the boundary value method.The judgment matrix was constructed according to the mean value of index importance,and the weight of each index was determined using yahhp11.0 software to clarify the importance of each index in the index system.Results:The basic situation of expert consultation:the positive coefficient of both rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the authority coefficient of 20 experts was above 0.8,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.186(X~2=323.299,P<0.001),0.224(X~2=349.527,P<0.001).The framework of MPH talent cultivation quality evaluation index system was determined:the evaluation system for the quality of public health master’s training was initially established around three primary indicators:cultivation input,cultivation process and cultivation results,with 13 secondary indicators and 63 tertiary indicators under the three primary indicators.After two rounds of expert consultation method,the index system of 3 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 71 tertiary indicators was constructed.The weights of MPH talent training quality evaluation index system were determined:the weights of MPH talent training quality evaluation index system in the context of new medical science were determined by hierarchical analysis method,and the weights of the primary indexes of cultivation input,cultivation process and cultivation results were0.3119,0.49048 and 0.19762 respectively.the first weight of the secondary indexes of cultivation input was the faculty strength.The top two indicators of cultivation process are classroom teaching quality(0.473804)and practical teaching quality(0.215855).The top two indicators of cultivation results are evaluation of students’professional ability(0.07716),evaluation of students’outreach ability(0.03654)and evaluation of students’moral quality(0.03654).Conclusion:This study closely combines the new requirements of the new medical science for public health personnel training,and constructs the MPH personnel training quality evaluation index system containing 3 dimensions,14 secondary indicators and 71 tertiary indicators;the positive coefficient of experts and the authority coefficient of experts are above 0.8,which indicates that the participation of experts is high,and the authority of experts is high,and the consultation results are trustworthy;the coordination coefficient of experts’opinions in the second round is higher than that in the coefficient of coordination of experts’opinions in the second round is higher than that in the first round,and the experts’opinions have reached a consensus;the constructed judgment matrix all pass the consistency test,and the evaluation system has certain scientificity and reliability.
