| Objective: Focusing on the suitability and relevant elements of information resource allocation in the field of infectious diseases in Sichuan Province and Chongqing,this study quantifies the current situation and change trend of information resource allocation over the years through policy texts,and compares the differences between the two places;To explore the impact of the improvement of information resources allocation on the incidence rate of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing.By comparing with the appropriate standards of information resources in the field of infectious diseases,clarify the gap,summarize the problems and deficiencies in the allocation of information resources in the field of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the information resources according to the actual problems,so as to further promote the prevention and control level of infectious diseases in the two places.Methods: Under the guidance of the macro model of health system,the organizational framework,appropriate standards and evaluation indexes of infectious disease prevention and control system are defined by Delphi method.Comprehensively collect the literature related to the allocation of information resources in the field of infectious diseases from 2004 to 2020,and extract the key information of the literature according to the positioning and assignment requirements of the corresponding fields;Using Excel 2010 to summarize and analyze the current situation and changes of information resource allocation in the field of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing;The correlation between the degree of disposition and the incidence rate of class A and B infectious diseases was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis,and the correlation degree between them was analyzed by single factor linear regression analysis.The normative gap analysis method is used to study the gap between the actual situation of Sichuan and Chongqing and the "appropriate standard" and explore the existing problems.Results:1.Extensive collection of information resources in the field of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing.The horizontal comparison results show that in 2020,the extensive information collection degree of Sichuan Province is slightly lower than that of Chongqing.The extensive information collection degree of Sichuan Province is 73.8%,and that of Chongqing is 74.7%,with a difference of only 0.9%;The results of longitudinal comparison show that the extensive collection of information in Sichuan Province has increased from 69.7% in 2004 to 73.8% in 2020,an increase of 4.1%;The extensive collection of information in Chongqing increased from 65.9% in 2004 to 74.7%,an increase of 8.8%.Both Sichuan and Chongqing showed a development trend.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the extent of information resources collection and the incidence rate of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were-0.761 and-0.708 respectively,and the explanatory rates of equations were 78.6% and 61.1% respectively.2.Effective utilization of information resources in the field of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing.The horizontal comparison results show that in 2020,the effective utilization degree of information in Sichuan Province is higher than that in Chongqing.The effective utilization degree of information in Sichuan Province is 21.7%,and that in Chongqing is 13.5%,with a difference of 8.2%;The vertical comparison results show that the effective utilization of information resources in Sichuan Province and Chongqing has increased compared with 0.0% in 2004,21.7% in Sichuan Province and 13.5% in Chongqing in 2020.Both places show an even upward trend.Correlation analysis showed that the effective utilization of information was significantly negatively correlated with the incidence rate of infectious diseases(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were-0.842 and-0.668,respectively.The explanatory rates of equations were 54.9% and 36.4% respectively.3.The degree of interconnection and sharing of information resources in the field of infectious diseases between Sichuan and Chongqing.The horizontal comparison results show that in general,the degree of information interconnection and sharing in Sichuan Province is higher than that in Chongqing.In 2020,the degree of information resources interconnection and sharing in Sichuan Province is 49.6%,and that in Chongqing is 40.3%,with a difference of 9.3%;The vertical comparison results show that from 2004 to 2020,Sichuan Province and Chongqing increased rapidly,with Sichuan Province increasing by 48.5% and Chongqing increasing by 40.3%.Both places showed a fluctuating upward trend.Correlation analysis showed that the degree of information sharing was significantly negatively correlated with the incidence rate of infectious diseases(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were-0.826 and-0.715 respectively,and the explanatory rates of equations were 74.5% and 42.6%respectively.4.The allocation degree of information resources in the field of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing.The improvement of information resources is fast,the extensive collection of information is high,but there is still a large gap with the appropriate standards.After quantification,the overall suitability of information resource allocation in Sichuan and Chongqing is 56% and 49.5% respectively.The analysis found that there was a significant negative correlation between the allocation of information resources and the incidence rate of infectious diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were-0.834 and-0.703 respectively,and the explanatory rates of equations were72.8% and 47% respectively.Conclusion: With the gradual emphasis on information resources for infectious disease prevention and control in China,the allocation of information resources in Sichuan and Chongqing has been improved to varying degrees,but there are still some problems.The information resource collection system in the field of infectious disease prevention and control in Sichuan and Chongqing has been basically established,but there is still a certain gap from the appropriate standard level;Due to the degree of identifying public problems,proposing public health intervention measures,warning public health problems,evaluating the effect of public health intervention and proposing emergency measures for public health problems,there is still much room for improving the effective utilization of information;The extensive collection and effective use of information resources for infectious disease prevention and control is conducive to the systematic integration and sharing of information and breaking the information barrier,but it still needs to be improved. |
