Objective: To investigate derived parameters of blood counts and immune indexes in patients with RA and its correlation with disease activity.Methods: We enrolled 110 cases of RA patients and 110 healthy controls.We compared derived parameters of blood counts NLR、PLR、LMR、d NLR、SII、SIRI、AISI and immune indexes C3、C4、Ig G、Ig A and Ig M differences.The correlation and the diagnostic performance of derived parameters of blood counts and C3、C4、Ig G、Ig M with disease activity were analyzed.Patients were enrolled into three equally divided groups according to disease activity score of 28 joints:low disease activity group、middle disease activity group、high disease activity group.Compare derived parameters of blood counts and C3、C4、Ig G、Ig A、Ig M between three groups.Results:(1)The levels of NLR、PLR、d NLR、SII、SIRI、AISI、C3、C4、Ig G and Ig M in RA group were higher than those in control group,while the level of LMR was lower than that in control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The ROC curve showed that the Area Under Curve of NLR、PLR、d NLR、SII、SIRI、AISI、RF、ESR、C3 were greater than 0.7,and the value of auxiliary diagnosis of disease were higher;while the Area Under Curve of C4、Ig G、Ig M、CRP were lower than 0.7,and they can be used as a reference diagnostic indicator.(3)Spearman correlation analysis showed that NLR、PLR、d NLR、SII、SIRI、AISI、C3、C4、Ig G、Ig M and RF positively correlated with CRP、ESR、DAS28(P<0.05),while LMR negatively correlated with CRP、ESR、DAS28(P<0.05).(4)The levels of NLR、PLR、d NLR、SII、SIRI、AISI、C3、C4 in RA middle disease activity group and high disease activity group were higher than low disease activity group,while the level of LMR was lower than that in low disease activity group,the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.NLR、PLR、d NLR、SII、SIRI、AISI、C3、C4、Ig G、Ig M were useful inflammatory markers for assessment of disease activity in patients with RA,providing the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of RA.2.NLR and SII was the best laboratory diagnostic indicator of disease activity. |
