| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zuojin Yiyou Decoction combined with bismuth quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP infection-related gastritis(stagnation of heat in liver and stomach)and the eradication rate of HP,To explore its mechanism of action and provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of HP infection-related gastritis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:This study collected 72 patients from the outpatient department of the Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,diagnosed with HP infection-related gastritis and TCM dialectical as stagnation of heat in liver and stomach,and randomly divided them into 2 patients by random number table method.group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given bismuth quadruple therapy,and the experimental group was given Zuojin Yiyou Decoction on the basis of bismuth quadruple therapy.Both groups were given continuous medication for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients’ TCM main and secondary symptom scores,SF-36 quality of life questionnaire,observed and recorded whether there were any adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment,13C-urea breath test was re-examined 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,and the values were recorded and observed.Eradication rates of HP in the two groups.Statistical software was used to perform corresponding statistical analysis on the relevant data,and the clinical efficacy,HP eradication rate,quality of life and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results: None of the 72 cases shed.1.General data comparison: There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,TCM symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.HP eradication rate: The test group(91.67%)was higher than the control group(80.56%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3.Comparison of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms:The total effective rate of the test group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(80.55%),with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment and before treatment,the scores of both groups were lower than before treatment;after treatment,when compared between the two groups,the test group improved the symptoms better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of primary and secondary symptom scores:The scores of gastrointestinal pain,gastrointestinal distension and fullness,pain in the ribs,noisy,acid reflux and bitterness in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment;the test group improved gastrointestinal pain,gastrointestinal distension and fullness,pain in the ribs and noisy,acid reflux and bitterness in the mouth better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);while there was no difference in the efficacy of improving irritability,dry mouth and dry stool between the two groups(P < 0.05).6.Quality of life comparison: The scores of both groups were higher after treatment than before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Safety comparison: No adverse events occurred in both groups during treatment,with good safety.Conclusion:1.Zuojin Yiyou Decoction combined with bismuth quadruple can improve the TCM clinical symptoms of patients with HP infection-related gastritis(stagnation of heat in liver and stomach).2.Zuojin Yiyou Decoction combined with bismuth quadruple has high HP eradication effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,and is safe and reliable.3.Zuojin Yiyou Decoction combined with bismuth quadruple is effective,and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the growth and reproduction of HP,alleviating the inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa,and enhancing the body’s immunity. |
