Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type Chronic Gastritis Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Using Auricular Point Therapy Combined With Chinese And Western Medicine

ObjectiveTo observe the clinic curativate effect of auricular point therapy (spleen, stomach, liver, subcortical, sympathetic, God door) combined with Si Jun Si inverse compound, triple therapy with clinical Helicobacter pylori infection of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis. Through the observation index, the main objective, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound and auricular therapy group comprehensive evaluation of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound group, the HP eradication rate, symptom improvement the comprehensive curative effect difference, and compared between the two groups during the observation period after the end of the recurrence rate.MethodsAccording to the principle of randomized controlled, will meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria were 60 patients with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome type of chronic gastritis,30 patients were divided into treatment group,30 cases in the control group. And the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, before treatment symptom score, endoscopy results were no significant difference (P>0.05). The treatment group was given 4 week triple therapy of auricular points+10 days+ four Jun four inverse compound for 4 weeks, the control group was treated with triple therapy 10 days+four Jun four inverse compound for 4 weeks, the two groups were 4 weeks for 1 courses. The statistics were taking 1 weeks,2 weeks,3 weeks, symptoms of patients in two groups were 4 weeks score, the comprehensive curative effect, and carries on the contrast. In the forty- first day to review Hp eradication rate, statistics. And 4 week follow-up, the statistical observation period at the end of the recurrence rate.Results1 The treatment group:29 cases were cured,5 cases, effective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 89.47%, cure rate 76.31%; control group:22 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective, effective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 69.23%, cure rate 56.41%; two group comparison of total significant efficiency differences are significant (P<0.05);the rate of recovery, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The two groups of patients with HP eradication rate quite, show that the eradication of HP has no significant effect of auricular therapy. Comparison of two groups of patients with medication for 2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks total symptom score, there was a significant difference between the treatment group, showed an increase of auricular therapy in improving symptoms, curative effect is obviously better than the control group. Compare the recurrence rate, also shows that the treatment group than in the control group, can significantly reduce the recurrence. Auricular point therapy in the treatment of chronic gastropathy, although the mechanism is not yet clear, but the exact effect.
