Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis With Wugong Baidu Decoction Addition And Subtraction Combined With Quanxieruangao

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Quanxieruangao in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).Methods:Select 108 outpatients who meet the selection criteria,and divide the patients into treatment group I,treatment group II and control group according to the method of random number table.each group contains36 patients.A total of 96 cases were actually completed,31 cases in treatment group I were treated with Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Quanxieruangao for external use;33 cases in treatment group II were given modified and modified Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction orally combined with external application of Vaseline;32 cases in control group,to Xiaoyin capsules orally combined with external application of Vaseline.The objective indicators and subjective indicators of the patients were recorded on the 0th day,7±2 days,14±2 days,21±2 days,and 28±2 days of treatment respectively,and the serum C-reactive protein and mean platelet volume of the patients before and after treatment were recorded.The safety of the drug was evaluated according to the adverse reactions and safety indexes during the treatment.Results:1.The PASI scores,TCM symptom scores,tonsil symptoms and signs scores of the three groups of patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).The improvement of tonsil symptoms and signs scores were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),The PASI score,TCM syndrome score,tonsil symptoms and signs were better than the control group(P<0.05),and group I was better than group II(P<0.05),the treatment group I was better than the treatment group II(P<0.05).2.After the clinical observation,the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in treatment group I was 87.5%,that in treatment group II was 75.8%,and that in control group was 70.9%.There were significant differences in the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement among the three groups(P <0.05).3.After treatment the serum C-reactive protein and mean platelet volume levels of the three groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction degrees of treatment group I and treatment group II were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the reduction degree of treatment I group is equal to that of treatment II group(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Quanxieruangao in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)can effectively improve the PASI score,TCM symptom score,tonsil symptom and sign score.2.Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Quanxieruangao can reduce serum C-reactive protein and mean platelet volume levels.3.Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Quanxieruangao is a safe and effective method to treat psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).
