The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (Blood Fever Syndrome) With Wugong Tuodu Pills Combined Ozone Hydrotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wugong Tuodu Pills combined with ozone hydrotherapy in the treatment of common psoriasis(blood heat evidence).Methods:Sixty-six patients who visited the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between November 2021 and March 2023 and were diagnosed with common psoriasis(blood-heat evidence)and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control groups according to the order of consultation,and 2 cases were shed in the control group during the treatment process,and 33 groups were actually completed in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.Both treatment and control groups used petroleum jelly as the base moisturizer.The treatment group took Wugong Tuodu Pills orally,one sachet(3g/bag)twice a day,combined with ozone hydrotherapy treatment;the control group took silver elimination capsule orally,5 capsules each time,3 times a day,after meals in both groups.The medication cycle of both groups was 4 weeks,and the area of skin lesions,PASI score,TCM evidence score and quality of life were assessed and recorded at the patients’ initial visit,and then recorded and checked again after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,respectively,and the data of these three groups were combined at the end of 4 weeks of treatment,and the differences in drug efficacy were compared by statistical software.Results:1.Before and after treatment,the PASI scores,TCM evidence scores and PQOLS scores were significantly decreased when the comparison was performed within the 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,PASI scores,TCM symptoms scores and DLQI scores were compared between groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was analyzed,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was and the total effective rate of the control group was,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Wugong Tuodu Pills combined with ozone hydrotherapy is an effective drug for the treatment of common psoriasis(blood heat evidence).2.Wugong Tuodu Pills combined with ozone hydrotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of common psoriasis(blood-heat syndrome).
