The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris(Blood Stasis Syndrome)with Wugong Tuodu Pills

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wugong Tuodu Pills with the theory of toutuo in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).Methods:Seventy patients who were admitted into Dermatology Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and conformed to the inclusion criteria between Jul.2019 and Dec.2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 34 patients because of the treatment group and the control group each lost1 case in the course of treatment.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Wugong Tuodu Pills,once a bag of drugs,twice a day(each bag of 3 grams),after a meal 30 minutes,and the patients in the control group were treated with Yujin Yinxie Tablets,five tablets at a time,three times a day(each table of 0.24 grams),after a meal 30 minutes.Treat with medicine for 4 weeks,PASI score,TCM syndrome score and PQOLS score were recorded before and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated at the end of the 4 weeks treatment.The data what were collected with clinical patients was statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.The treatment group and the control group were compared with each other after treament,PASI score of psoriasis,TCM syndrome and PQOLS score were decreased than before.Through the statistical analysis,we found that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of PASI,TCM syndrome and PQOLS were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24% and the control group was 76.47%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wugong Tuodu Pills can obviously improve PASI score and TCM syndrome score of patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).2.Wugong Tuodu Pills can improve the quality of life of patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).3.Wugong Tuodu Pills with the theory of toutuo is an effective prescription in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).
