Objective:Statistics and analysis of Professor Sun He’s medication pattern in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,summarizing Professor Sun He’s clinical experience in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Through the retrospective study method.The case data of diabetic retinopathy treated by Professor Sun He from January 2010 to December2021 were screened.237 of them were selected as the research objects,and the relevant information of the first diagnos is was collected,including patient information,syndrome differentiation,prescription drugs,etc.The data was preprocessed and a database was established.Using frequency analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis,and other algorithms to analyze the characteristics of prescription drugs;combined with clinical communication with the teacher and study of the professor’s related papers to summarize the professor’s experience.Results:1.Of the 237 patients collected in this study,136 were female a nd101 were male.The majority of the age distribution was between 50 and79 years old,accounting for 83.97%.2.Among the 237 patients collected in this study,the TCM syndromes were mainly Qi and Yin deficiency,followed by liver and kidney Yin deficiency.3.Among the 237 Chinese medicine prescriptions in this study,175 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were used,with a total of 3199 frequencies.Among them,the top 20 most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were madder,Rehmannia glutinosa,wolfberry fruit,Bupleurum,Poria,Astragalus,Coptis Chinensis,Schisandra Chinensis,peony bark,Pueraria lobata,Puhuang,Angelica Sinensis,mulberry leaf,yam,chrysanthemum,Polygonatum Chinensis,Citrus aurantium,Licorice,Cornus,Atractylodes.4.The efficacy of Chinese herbal medicines was mainly in the categories of tonic for deficiency,clearing heat,relieving symptoms,stopping bleeding,activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,collecting astringency,inducing diuresis,regulating qi,calming the mind,calming the liver and wind,and relieving cough and asthma by resolving phlegm.5.The four Qi of all medicines were sorted from high to low as cold,flat,warm,and cool.The five flavors were,in descending order,sweet,bitter,acrid,sour,and salty.The first 6 meridians were liver,lung,kidney,spleen,heart,and stomach.6.After data analysis,Most of the drug pairs are madder,Rehmannia glutinosa,medlar,etc.7.A total of 5 groups of drug core combinations that were more in line with the actual clinical use of the instructor were extracted under cluster analysis: C1: madder,Poria,Rehmannia,Puhuang,Bupleurum,wolfberry;C2: Rehmannia,Schisandra,madder,Coptis,Chai Hu,medlar;C3: madder,medlar,Rehmannia,Bupleurum,Poria,turmeric;C4:dogwood,madder,medlar,tuckahoe,Rehmannia,yam;C5: Bupleurum,Shouwuteng,madder,female Sadako,Lily,Yuanzhi.Conclusion:1.According to Professor Sun He,the main etiology of diabetic retinopathy is the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and the deficiency causes stasis.The symptoms are characterized by a deficiency of the essence and a combination of deficiency and reality.2.The drugs used by Professor Sun He to treat diabetic retinopathy are mainly sweet,bitter,acrid,sour,cold,flat and warm.These drugs belong to the liver,lung,kidney,and spleen meridians.Commonly used medicines are madder,raw land,wolfberry,Bupleurum,Poria,Astragalus,Coptidis,Schisandra,Cortex Moutan,Pueraria,Puhuang,Angelica,folium mori,Yam,Chrysanthemum,Polygonatum,etc.The main function is to nourish Qi and Yin,stop bleeding Stasis.Cooperate with medicines that calm the liver-yang,protect the spleen and stomach,regulate sleep,and regulate stool and urination.3.Professor Sun He emphasizes the holistic concept in the clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
