Clinical Observation On The Treaement Of Hypertension With Anxiety By Eliminating Phlegm And Removing Dampness Combined With Ear Acupoint Seed Pressing

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of eliminating phlegm and removing dampness combined with ear acupoint seed pressing on patients with hypertension and anxiety.Methods:A total of 106 patients with hypertension and anxiety who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group A(n = 36),observation group B(n = 35)and observation group C(n = 35).Among them,4 cases were exfoliated and eliminated during the study,and 102 patients were actually studied.Control group A received conventional western medicine treatment;Observation group B was treated with the method of eliminating phlegm and removing dampness(Pinellia atractylodis and Tianma Decoction)based on the conventional treatment of western medicine.Observation group C was treated with auricular acupoint pressing seeds on the basis of group B.The changes of ambulate blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,HAMA score,SAS score,SF-36 score,Ang ⅱ,PRA,ALD level were observed before and after treatment.Meanwhile,blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram levels were monitored before and after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,compared with group A,the levels of SBP,DBP,heart rate,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,and NDBP in group B and C decreased more significantly;,heart rate,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP levels decreased more significantly,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,compared with group A,the TCM syndrome scores in groups B and C decreased more significantly;compared with group B,the TCM syndrome scores in group C decreased more significantly,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,compared with group A,HAMA score and SAS score of group B and C were significantly decreased;compared with group B,HAMA score and SAS score of group C were significantly decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,compared with group A,the levels of AngⅡ,PRA and ALD in group B and C were decreased;compared with group B,the levels of AngⅡ,PRA and ALD in group C decreased more significantly,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the quality of life scores of patients in the three groups increased compared with before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison between groups,the quality of life score of group C and group B increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in group C and group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).(6)After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was improved compared with that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of group C(94.12%)was significantly improved compared with that of group B(79.41%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with group A(67.65%)and group B(67.65%),the clinical efficacy was improved,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group B and group A.Conclusion:1.The method of eliminating phlegm and removing dampness combined with ear acupoint seed pressing can significantly improve blood pressure,heart rate,ambulatory blood pressure and blood pressure levels in patients with hypertension and anxiety.2.The method of eliminating phlegm and removing dampness combined with ear point seed pressing can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients with hypertension and anxiety,and the therapeutic effect of the two combined treatments is higher than the single treatment effect,and the clinical effect is relatively significant.
