Clinical Observation Of Bird Drama Of Wuqinxi Combind With Shenqibufei Decoction In Stable COPD Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome And Effects On Serum IgA,IgM And IgG

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combined use of Bird Drama of Wuqinxi and Shenqibufei Decoction and its regulatory effects on serum IgA,IgG and IgM in stable COPD patients with lung Qi deficiency syndrome,so as to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for patients in the stable stage of COPD with lung qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:In this study,68 patients consistent with inclusion criteria were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine:S almeterol Xinafoateand Fluticasone Propionate Powderfor Inhalation(50/250μg,1 inhalation each time,2 times a day);Based on control group,the treatment group was used Bird Drama of Wuqinxi combined with Shenqibufei Decoction.At the same time,the treatment course was 12 weeks(3 months).The changes of the TCM syndrome score,CAT score,serum IgA,IgG and IgM etc.were counted and analyzed before and after treatment,and the safety of the study was analyzed according to the safety data.Result:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome points of patients in 2 groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,while the control group was 75.00%,and the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,CAT scores decreased in both groups compared(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels improved in 2 groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.Before and after treatment,there were no significant abnormal differences in safety indicators.Conclusion:1.Bird Drama of Wuqinxi combined with Shenqibufei Decoction can improve the TCM symptom scores of patients with stable COPD of lung qi deficiency syndrome more significantly.2.Bird Drama of Wuqinxi combined with Shenqibufei Decoction can reduce CAT scores of patients with stable COPD of lung qi deficiency syndrome more significantly.3.Bird Drama of Wuqinxi combined with Shenqibufei Decoction can regulate the serum IgA,IgM and IgG levels of patients with stable COPD of lung Qi deficiency syndrome.4.Bird Drama of Wuqinxi combined with Shenqibufei Decoction is safety,effective and simple,providing a new dealing idea for stable COPD lung qi deficiency syndrome,which the scope of TCM treatment has been broadened.
