Background:Neck aging is one of the most prominent features of human aging, among which the transverse neck lines is one of the earliest and most important clinical manifestations of neck aging. It is characterized by high incidence and young age,and gradually aggravates with age.At present,it has become the most common neck aging problem afflicting women of all ages.As beauty seekers pay more attention to their own external image and the concept of non-surgical rejuvenation is gradually deepened, the treatment demand of neck,as an important aesthetic part of the human body,is also increasing,so the non-surgical treatment of the transverse neck lines has been a hot spot in the field of rejuvenation. However, compared with the face, the anti-aging treatment of neck, especially the transverse neck line,is still in the research stage. At present, the most commonly used treatment for the transverse neck line is mainly botulinum toxin microdrop injection and injection filling technology represented by non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid. The application of the two alone has been clinically reported, but there is no application case of combined treatment. In this study, botulinum toxin TYPE A microdroplet method combined with sodium hyaluronate composite solution was adopted for the first time in China to explore a more safe and effective way to improve transverse neck lines. Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A microdroplet method combined with sodium hyaluronate compound solution in the transverse neck lines.Methods:Sixty-five cases of beauty seekers, all female, aged 20-50,with mild or above degree of transverse neck lines, were selected from a dermatological cosmetology center of a hospital in Henan Province. The beauty seekers were graded and scored according to the severity grading table of ctransverse neck lines and randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C.Botulinum toxin type A microdrop injection, sodium hyaluronate composite solution injection filling and the combination of the two treatments were used respectively. The beauty seekers were photographed for the transverse neck lines before treatment and 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Respectively by The researchers evaluated the efficacy of transverse neck lines before and after treatment according to the severity scale of transverse neck lines situation before and after the treatment curative effect assessment, treatment of two doctors according to the global aesthetic improvement scale relatively standardized photo evaluate aesthetic improvement after treatment,o beauty to grading after treatment satisfaction score and record for beauty treatment and adverse reactions after treatment.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:A total of 65 beauty-seeking patients were included in the three groups, including 4 cases of detachment, and 61 cases completed treatment and follow-up(20 cases in group A,21 cases in group B,20 cases in group C).Comparison within the evaluation group of the severity of cervical striation showed that there was no statistical difference between group B before treatment and 6 months after treatment(Z=-0.263,P=0.793),the other three groups had statistical differences before treatment and 1,3 and 6months after treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison between the groups showed that there were statistically significant differences in the severity scores of the cervical striations in groups A,B and C 1 and 3 months after treatment(H=6.167,P=0.046;H=9.717,P=0.008);Pairwise comparison showed that there was statistical difference between group A and group C 1 month after treatment(Z=-2.507,P=0.012).3 months after treatment, there were statistically significant differences between group A and group B and group C(Z=-2.349,P=0.030;Z=-2.922,P=0.003).Six months after treatment, there was no statistical difference in the severity score of cervical striations among the three groups(H=5.671,P=0.059).Comparison of the improvement degree of transverse neck linesstriation showed that there was significant difference in the overall mean of the three groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(χ2=7.449,P=0.024;χ2=11.643,P=0.003),pairings showed that there were significant differences between group A and group B and group C at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison of satisfaction data of beauty seekers showed that there was a statistical difference in the overall mean of data of the three groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(X~2=7.519,P=0.023;X~2=13.044,P=0.001).Pairwise comparison showed that there were statistical differences between group A and group B and group C at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the three groups during and after treatment, and there was no statistical difference in the incidence of general adverse reactions such as pain and bruising after injection(X~2=2.814;P = 0.245;X~2 = 1.260;P = 0.533).Conclusion:1.Botulinum toxin TYPE A microdrop method combined with sodium hyaluronate complex solution can complement each other in the treatment of transverse neck lines, and the therapeutic effect is better than that of single use.The duration of maintenance effect is prolonged, and the short-term and long-term satisfaction of beauty seeking is improved.2.Botulinum toxin type A microdrop method combined with sodium hyaluronate composite solution has no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of transverse neck lines, which is safe and worthy of clinical application.
