Clinical Study Of Jiawei Yangxue Runfu Decoction Combined With Miconazole Nitrate Cream For The Treatment Of Keratinous Tinea

Objective : The efficacy of Jiawei Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with miconazole nitrate cream for tineasis(keratinized type)was studied,and the skin lesions,clinical symptoms and fungal infections before and after treatment were evaluated.Methods: The research objects of this trial are: Chinese medicine dialectics for blood deficiency and dryness,Western medicine diagnosis for keratinized tinea,using a random method,the 70 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria are divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),the two groups are equal in number,each group has 35 cases.The treatment cycle of the treatment group(oral flavored blood nourishing emollient drink + topical miconazole nitrate cream)and the control group(topical miconazole nitrate cream)was 8 weeks,and the follow-up was every four weeks.Skin scores at four time points(before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after discontinuation)were observed and recorded: lesion area,erythema,papules,keratosis,chapped,desquamation,itching,pain,and adverse reactions,as well as fungal microscopy before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results: In this study,a total of 68 patients completed the relevant trials,35 cases(treatment group)and 33 cases(control group).After analysis,the following judgments are obtained: 1.The data of sex,age and course of the two groups of patients were statistically tested to obtain relevant results: none of them were statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no obvious statistical difference in the scores of skin lesions and symptoms when the two groups were not treated,and they were comparable.3.During the treatment period,the general situation of the treatment group and the control group has been developing towards the benefit,and the overall score of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05)by testing the relevant control data after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.4.In the 8th week of treatment,the two groups counted the relevant data,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the mycological clearance was 71.43%;The total effective rate of the control group was60.61%,and the mycological clearance was 51.51%.5.Combined with the return visit data,the drug was discontinued after 8 weeks of treatment for the two groups of test subjects,and their skin lesions and symptoms were not obviously repeated,and there was a trend of continuous improvement.6.Neither group found serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion: Jiawei Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with miconazole nitrate cream can significantly improve the skin damage,itching and pain symptoms of keratosis ringworm patients,can effectively eliminate fungi,good safety,low recurrence rate.
