| Purpose: 1.Through the textual research on the origin and development of "releasing the stagnant fire",this thesis systematically combs the development of "releasing the stagnant fire" theory in different historical periods,and understands the development of "releasing the stagnant fire" theory,so as to better provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice;2.Deconstructing and reconstructing the relevant prescriptions in accordance with the theory of "releasing the stagnant fire" in the works of previous dynasties,exploring the prescription ideas of doctors in previous dynasties using the theory of "releasing the stagnant fire",and summarizing the basic laws of prescription according to the theory of "releasing the stagnant fire";3.Through the research on the modern clinical medication law under the guidance of the "releasing the stagnant fire" theory,we can understand how modern clinic inherits and develops the "releasing the stagnant fire" theory,reveal the basic characteristics of modern doctors’ application of the "releasing the stagnant fire" theory,and explore new treatment ideas and methods for various diseases with "fire depression" as the pathogenesis.Methods: 1.Document sorting method.Collect the exposition of "fire depression" and "releasing the stagnant fire" in the works of traditional Chinese medicine of previous dynasties,and extract the theoretical content with certain characteristics and representativeness.Taking time as the order,it systematically combs it to explore the theoretical essence of "releasing the stagnant fire";2.Classification research method.Determine the classes and attributes of drugs in the relevant prescriptions of "huoyufa Zhi",classify and identify the attributes and efficacy of drugs,so that each prescription is presented as an orderly combination(or drug group)composed of several elements in structure,so as to explore the formula structure and formula law based on the theory of "huoyufa Zhi";3.The modern theory of "fire of depression" is the basic way to understand the development of "fire of depression" and how to use the modern theory of "fire of depression" to reveal the basic law of "fire of depression".Results: 1.ly combs and summarizes the origin of the theory.(1)From the pre Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty: Research on the relevant contents of Huangdi Neijing and treatise on typhoid and miscellaneous diseases.Based on the theory of luck,this period mainly discussed the fire depression caused by cold dampness and Yin evil,and the transmission law of depression and heat in the body.The formula rules are as follows:(1)Invisible hot and suffocating: Dispersing(warm-pungent diaphoresis / sending up the lucid yang)+ Clearing(clear viscera heat);(2)Visible heat junction: Dispersing(warm-pungent diaphoresis)+ Clearing(clearing viscera heat)+ Unobstructing(purgation / diuresis);(3)Fire depression of deficiency syndrome: Tonifying(Tonifying Qi / nourishing yin /nourishing blood);(4)Inclusion of deficiency and excess: Clearing(clearing viscera heat)+ Tonifying(tonifying qi / nourishing yin / warming yang).(2)From Jin,Tang and Northern Song Dynasty: Research on the relevant contents of "the theory of waiting for the sources of various diseases","the secret essentials of outer Taiwan" and "the direct formula of children’s medicine syndrome".It is found that there are few theories and more applications in this period.It is mainly divided into stagnant heat by syndrome differentiation of Zang Fu organs and recorded the corresponding prescriptions.The formula rules are as follows:(1)Heat caused by summer-heat and damp: Dispersing(relieving heat and dampness /aromatic decontamination)+ Unobstructing(diuresis);(2)Excess of lung heat: Dispersing(expelling wind to relieve superficies / sending up the lucid yang)+ Clearing(clearing lung heat)+ Tonifying(nourishing yin);(3)Liver meridian wind heat: Dispersing(expelling wind to relieve superficies)+Clearing(clearing heart,liver heat)+ Unobstructing(purgation / invigorating the circulation of blood / diuresis);(4)Heart meridian heat: Dispersing(expelling wind to relieve superficies)+ Clearing(removing heat from blood / clear the heart heat,lung heat and stomach heat)+ Unobstructing(purgation / diuresis);(5)Heat closes the mind and faints: Dispersing(aromatic decontamination / inducing resuscitation)+ Clearing(clearing the heart and liver heat)+ Unobstructing(reducing phlegm)+ Tonifying(Tonifying Qi / relieving uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization);(6)Fever due to deficiency of liver and kidney-yin: Clearing(clearing deficiency heat /clearing lung and stomach heat)+ Tonifying(tonifying qi / nourishing yin).(3)Jin Yuan period: study the relevant contents in the works of Liu Wansu,Li Dongyuan,Zhu Danxi,Zhang Congzheng and Zhang Yuanyuan.Based on the "Xuanfu" theory,"Yin Fire" theory,"wind rising" theory and evil attack theory,this thesis discusses and analyzes the "stagnation of fire".The formula rules are as follows:(1)Fire depression of excess syndrome: Dispersing(expelling wind to relieve superficies/ warm-pungent diaphoresis / cold-pungent diaphoresis / sending up the lucid yang)+Clearing(clearing the lung,stomach,heart and liver heat / clear damp-heat / clear blood heat /clear away heat and toxic)+ Unobstructing(invigorating the circulation of blood / regulating qi / purgation / diuresis / reducing phlegm / relieving constipation)+ Tonifying(tonifying qi /nourishing yin / nourishing blood).(2)Fire depression of deficiency Dynasties to modern times: Research on the relevant contents of Jingyue Quanshu,the identification of epidemic febrile diseases,the identification of typhoid febrile diseases and the records of medical Zhongshen Xilu.This thesis mainly discusses and analyzes the "stagnation of fire" based on febrile disease,plague and damp heat disease.The formula rules are as follows:(1)Fire depression of upper-jiao: Dispersing(cold-pungent diaphoresis / expelling wind to relieve superficies / relieving summer-heat and dampness / inducing resuscitation /warm-pungent diaphoresis / sending up the lucid yang)+ Clearing(clearing the heart,lung,liver,and stomach heat / clear blood heat / clear damp-heat / clear away heat and toxic)+Unobstructing(regulating qi / depressing qi / diuresis / reducing phlegm / invigorating the circulation of blood)+ Tonifying(tonifying qi / nourishing yin / relieving uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization).(2)Fire depression of middle-jiao: Dispersing(warm-pungent diaphoresis / cold-pungent diaphoresis / inducing resuscitation / sending up the lucid yang)+ Clearing(clear blood heat /clear damp-heat / clearing the heart,lung,and stomach heat)+ Unobstructing(purgation /diuresis / regulating qi / depressing qi / reducing phlegm)+ Tonifying(tonifying qi /nourishing yin / nourishing blood).(3)Fire depression of lower-jiao: Clearing(clearing damp-heat / clearing blood heat /clearing deficient heat / clearing the heart,kidney,lung and stomach heat)+ Unobstructing(diuresis / purgation / regulating qi)+ Tonifying(nourishing yin).(4)Fire depression of deficiency syndrome: Clearing(clearing blood heat / clearing damp-heat)+ Unobstructing(diuresis)+ Tonifying(tonifying qi / nourishing blood /nourishing yin).2.There are two modern clinical core prescriptions under the guidance of the theory of "releasing the stagnant fire",which are:(1)Dispersing(sending up the lucid yang: cicada sloughing,medicinal silkworms)+Unobstructing(regulating qi: turmeric,purgation: Chinese rhubarb).(2)Dispersing(expelling wind to relieve superficies: schizonepeta,saposhnikovia divaricata,notopterygium root,mint;sending up the lucid yang: bupleurum,cimicifuga)+Clearing(clearing damp-heat: scutellaria baicalensis and coptis chinensisturmeric;clear away heat and toxic: forsythia and gardenia)+ Tonifying(nourishing blood and yin: radix paeoniae alba,angelica sinensis).Conclusion: 1.The principle of "releasing the stagnant fire" was initially put forward for the stagnation cold and dampness.Starting from Zhongjing,through the enrichment and improvement of the past dynasties,"releasing the stagnant fire" has gradually evolved into a general rule for the treatment of internal stagnant heat.2."Releasing the stagnant fire" belongs to the polyphonic structure,which requires the mutual cooperation between the internal structures of the prescription to play the "releasing" function together.The essence of "releasing the stagnant fire" is to treat stagnation of fire from the perspective of adjusting the rise and fall of Qi mechanism.3.From the perspective of modern clinical application under the guidance of "releasing the stagnant fire",the modern clinical application of Jiangsheng powder created by yanglishan,a doctor in the Qing Dynasty,is the most extensive,and attaches importance to the
