According to the latest definition of the United Nations,countries with more than 14.3% of the population over the age of 65 are called "senior societies".According to the survey data in this paper,it is expected that by the end of 2022,the population of my country over the age of 65 will account for more than 14% of the total population,which means that China will From an aging society to an aging society,some elderly people suffer from chronic diseases,etc.In rural areas,there are many elderly orphans,disabled,unable to take care of themselves,and they are under huge pension pressure.From the current point of view,there are multiple pressures in my country,such as the large base of the elderly population,medical care and life care problems that need to be solved urgently.In order to actively cope with this situation,my country has been exploring and trying from family pensions,institutional pensions to community home-based pensions for a long time,and methodically promotes the construction of a healthy China.Among them,the innovative model of the combination of medical care and nursing can effectively solve the current state that medical care and life care for the elderly are not integrated or even separated from each other,realize the integration of elderly care resources and medical resources,and play a role in solving the dual difficulties of seeing a doctor and elderly care for the elderly.very important role.In recent years,Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and many other regions in China have actively promoted community medical and nursing services.Among them,Wenzhou City has taken the opportunity of a national pilot city of medical and nursing integration and a palliative care pilot city to try out the relevant policies of urban community medical and nursing integration.Design and practical exploration have achieved certain results.The theoretical basis of this paper includes two aspects: welfare diversification and new public services.The research object is determined to be the combination of medical care and elderly care services in urban communities in Wenzhou area.Through interviews,questionnaires,case analysis and other methods,an in-depth investigation and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine care in urban communities in Wenzhou area are conducted.Combining the main practices,achievements and problems of elderly care services,it is found that the work in this area is still in its infancy.Although various methods have achieved some results,promoting the exploration of local medical and elderly care services,it still faces many difficulties.If the community medical and nursing facilities are not perfect,the quality of medical and nursing services is not high;the investment in community construction is insufficient,and the combined operation of medical and nursing services is at great risk;there is a shortage of professional medical staff in the community,and the level of specialization needs to be improved;the medical insurance system is not perfect and needs to be increased urgently Support and other issues need to be further improved and resolved.On this basis,this paper further analyzes the problems and concludes that the implementation of relevant policies on the combination of medical care and elderly care is not in place,the lack of community capital investment,the lack of professional medical staff in the community,and the urgent need to improve the long-term care insurance system.Finally,based on the actual situation of Wenzhou,it puts forward suggestions on establishing a unified and effective administrative coordination mechanism,improving diversified financing channels,improving the training system of community medical staff,and building a diversified medical care service system,and strive to further solve the problems of urban communities in Wenzhou.The bottleneck in the development of integrated medical and elderly care services is to improve the quality and efficiency of integrated medical and elderly care services,and to play the role of pilot areas to provide experience for reference in the development of integrated medical and elderly care services in Zhejiang Province and across the country.
