Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for the integrity of rural family doctors’ contracted services by investigating the situation of rural family doctors’ contracted services in a county of Baise City and according to the influencing factors of their satisfaction and awareness.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted through literature research and interpretation of relevant documents.In this study,a health center of a county in Baise City was randomly selected for investigation,and on-site investigation and interview with the team leader of family doctors were carried out.Excel software is used to sort out the data preliminarily,and then SPSS26.0 software is used for statistical analysis of the data.Results: 1.The contracted service system of rural family doctors in a county of Baise City has taken shape;2.Residents’ questionnaire results:(1)The residents’ satisfaction with rural contracted services was 75.09%,and their awareness was71.33%;(2)Factor analysis on satisfaction and awareness rate of different types of residents and rural family doctors in contracted services.The statistical analysis results show that there is no significant difference between different education levels and family doctors’ contracted awareness rate and satisfaction(P>0.05),but there is a significant difference between age,occupation,insurance type,whether there are chronic diseases and family doctors’ contracted awareness rate and satisfaction(P<0.05);(3)According to the results of binary logistic regression analysis,age and whether they know the contracted services are the influencing factors of rural residents’ satisfaction with the contracted services of family physicians(P<0.05).3.The results of the questionnaire of family doctors:(1)The satisfaction of family doctors with contracted services was 83.3%;(2)According to the Plato analysis of the factors that family doctors do not want to be members of the contracted service team,the main factors are insufficient support policies,no incentive measures,great difficulty in carrying out the work,and the existing workload.The lack of demand of residents has little impact on family doctors’ unwillingness to be members of the team;(3)According to Plato’s analysis of possible problems in signing services,the main problems are insufficient number of medical personnel,insufficient government publicity,residents’ lack of cooperation,difficult promotion,too formal signing,insufficient enthusiasm of doctors,insufficient investment in special funds,lack of signing performance appraisal mechanism and other problems are secondary factors.Conclusion:1.At present,the signing system of family doctors in Tiandong County,Baise City has achieved initial success,but there are still some problems in the process of policy implementation.The government should organize and lead,strengthen the coordination and linkage of multiple departments to provide support,and promote the high-quality operation of the signing work of rural family doctors.2.In order to improve the signing rate of family doctors and effectively manage the health problems of residents,the general practitioner team should implement individualized programs according to the residents’ different ages,occupations,insurance types and whether they have chronic diseases,and actively use community,family and other resources to give further publicity and guidance to residents.
