| Objective:.By exploring the improvement of Baduanjin on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients in terms of sleep quality,body composition,laboratory-related indicators and quality of life scales,to understand the effect of Baduanjin exercise on the quality of life of MHD patients It can be applied to MHD patients,and it can be used as a reference for MHD patients to carry out exercise rehabilitation.Methods: The patients who underwent MHD in the hemodialysis center of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to December2021 were selected for exercise ability evaluation,and the patients with active ability were selected as the research objects for exercise recruitment.The control group received routine health education,and the intervention group received Baduanjin intervention on the basis of the control group for a period of 6 months.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),laboratory-related indexes [serum creatinine,hemoglobin,neutrophil ratio,serum albumin,serum total protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Dialysis adequacy(Kt/V),blood calcium,blood phosphorus],grip strength,dialysis patient life quality scale(KDQ),body composition(muscle mass,skeletal muscle content,skeletal muscle mass index,upper arm circumference,upper arm muscle circumference Degree,phase angle,body fat percentage,right upper limb muscle mass,left upper limb muscle mass,trunk muscle mass,right lower limb muscle mass,left lower limb muscle mass)to evaluate the effect of Baduanjin on the quality of life of MHD patients.Results:1.After 6 months of intervention,the KDQ total score,fatigue and depression scores were significantly different in the intervention group before and after the comparison or between the two groups(P<0.05).Somatic symptoms and interpersonal relationship scores were significantly different before and after the intervention group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).2.After 6 months of intervention,the PSQI total score and each dimension(sleep quality,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction,sleep time,sleep disturbance,and sleep time)scores were all different regardless of whether the intervention group was compared before and after or between the two groups.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of sleep medication before and after the intervention group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After 6 months of intervention,the difference in Kt/V between the groups and before and after the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in serum creatinine in the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in serum phosphorus between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the intervention group before and after the comparison(P>0.05).Hemoglobin,neutrophil ratio,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,serum albumin,serum There was no significant difference in total protein and serum calcium between the groups or before and after the intervention group(P>0.05).4.The phase angle(Ph A)values of MHD patients in this study ranged from(3.0-7.6)° in males and(2.7-7.1)° in females.The prevalence of protein-energy expenditure(PEW)in this study was 24.19%.5.After 6 months of intervention,the difference in body fat percentage between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in upper arm muscle circumference before and after the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the component indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Exercise can help improve sleep quality,reduce body fat percentage,improve quality of life and dialysis adequacy in MHD patients.Medical staff should pay more attention to the physical activity of MHD patients and call on patients to exercise regularly.2.The sleep quality of MHD patients is worse than that of the general population,and the incidence of fatigue and depression is higher than that of the general population.It is recommended that medical staff in dialysis centers pay more attention to MHD patients and provide emotional counseling and psychological guidance in time. |
