Clinical Effect Of Microacupotomy On Cervical Headache

Objective:To carry out this clinical trial,to watch the clinical efficacy of microacupotomy in the treatment of cervical headache,and compared with traditional acupuncture treatment,to provide certain clinical application data for treatment of cervical headache with micro needle knife,and to seek a better clinical choice for the treatment of cervical head.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervicogenic headache who visited the outpatient department of Acupuncture and Moxibution in Qinghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were collected.They were randomly separated into two groups with 30 sufferers in every group:Therapy group was given with microacupotomy,and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.The microacupotomy group was treated 2 times a week for 1course of treatment,and the traditional acupuncture group was treated once a day for 5consecutive times for a period of treatment,and the next session of treatment was started at an interval of 2 days.Both sets were cured for two courses.After treatment,the differences in pain score,sleep quality and headache score between the two groups and before and after therapy were watched and analyzed,and the overall efficacy was evaluated according to relevant clinical efficacy evaluation criteria and headache rating scale.Data analysis: SPASS18.0 software was used to analyze the test data and calculate and analyze whether the results were statistically significant.Results:No invalid cases were found in the trial,and 60 effective cases were included.(1)Two groups of comparison: comparison of outcome measures in Pretreatment,VAS score and sleep quality score between the two groups were compared by independent rank sum test,headache score was no statistical difference before treatment(P > 0.05),the two groups were comparable;The independent rank sum test was used to compare the observation indexes after treatment and scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that compared with traditional acupuncture and micro-needle-knife treatment,the pain degree,sleep quality and headache score of patients with cervical headache were more effectively improved.(2)Two groups of comparison: comparison between the control group: headache score、VAS score and sleep quality score before and after treatment were compared using paired rank-sum test,Intra-group comparison: All observation indexes before and after treatment were compared using paired rank-sum test.The observation index scores in both groups were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in both groups can effectively improve the observation index scores of patients with cervical headache.(3)Efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of microacupotomy for cervical headache was 96.7%,and that of traditional acupuncture for cervical headache was80.0%.The total effectivity of treatment group was better(By Chi-square test,P=0.04< 0.05).Conclusion:Two groups of treatment can relieve the clinical symptoms of the disease to a certain extent,compared with the traditional acupuncture,micro needle knife in the improvement of clinical symptoms of cervical source sex have a headache,and overall better curative effect,small needle knife method to the intervention effect of neck source sex have a headache,take a short,high safety,less painful,no side effect,is worth promoting.
