PurposesTo assess the reliability and validity of the Health Fitness Measurement Scale V1.0(HFMS V1.0)for college students in Guangzhou Medical College,constructed a regional norm of HFMS V1.0,and to explore the current status and influencing factors of the health fitness level of college students in Guangzhou Medical College,laying the groundwork for the development of targeted health fitness interventions.Content1.To evaluate the reliability and validity of HFMS V1.0 applied to the health fitness level of college students in Guangzhou;2.To formulate the regional norm of HFMS V1.0 for Guangzhou college students;3.To explore the current situation and influencing factors of health fitness of college students in Guangzhou Medical College.MethodThe stratified cluster sampling method was used to carry out the current situation survey.Epidata 3.02 was used for data management.SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for statistical analysis,and the value of missing items was replaced by the mean.The test level was a=0.05(two-sided),and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.ResultA total of 1,612 questionnaires were recovered in the first test of this survey,of which 1,586 were valid,with an effective rate of 98.39%.107 questionnaires were recovered from the retest,and 100 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 93.46%.1.Reliability and validity researchThe Cronbach’α coefficient of HFMS V1.0 is 0.893,the Guttman halving coefficient is 0.909,the Spearman-Brown coefficient is 0.909,and the test-retest coefficient is 0.923.The correlation with other subscales is weak.Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 8 factors with eigenvalues>1,and the cumulative variance explained was 55.105%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model fit was good,the internal calibration validity of the scale was 0.585-0.670,and the response was good.2.Develop a regional normThe mean norm of HFMS V 1.0 is established by gender,major and grade,and the percentile norm is established at 10%intervals.Health fitness levels were rated as"very low","low,"fair","high" and "very high" by[0,x-s)、[x-s,x-0.5s)、[x-0.5s,x+0.5s)、[x+0.5s,x+s)、[x+s,100].3.Current status of health fitnessThe total transformation score of health fitness of college students in Guangzhou Medical College was(62.45±10.32).Among the three subscales,the transformation score of social fitness was the highest(63.73±14.24),followed by the transformation of physical fitness(63.43±11.60),and the transformation score of psychological fitness was the lowest(60.1 5±12.43).4.Analysis of influencing factorsThe results showed grades,whether to serve as a student leader,attitude towards life,importance of interpersonal communication,frustration quotient,adverse childhood events,personality,health knowledge training,self-health concerns,leisure style,stress events in the past six months,self-assessed health status,second-hand smoke Influence,bad eating habits,physical exercise,duration of exercise,use of electronic equipment,relationship with parents during growth,professional satisfaction,and academic pressure are the main influencing factors of medical students’ health and fitness in Guangzhou.Conclusion1.The HFMS V1.0 scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to measure the health fitness of medical students.2.The construction of the regional norm of HFMS V1.0 for college students in Guangzhou Medical College provides a reference for the rapid judgment of the health fitness level of medical students.3.The health fitness level of college students in Guangzhou Medical College is comprehensively affected by six aspects:demographic characteristics,personal characteristics,lifestyle,family and environment,health awareness and stress events.4.In view of the influencing factors of health fitness of college students in Guangzhou Medical College,the measures for promoting health adaptation combined with schools,families and individuals are proposed. |
