Professor Ji Bing’s Discusses Data Mining And Network Pharmacology Research Of Clinical Medication Rules For Insomnia

Objective Use TCM inheritance assistance platform to excavate the medication rules of Professor Ji Bing’s treatment of insomnia,and summarize experience;Then,BATMAN-TCM online bioinformatics analysis tool was used to preliminatively explore the mechanism of the new prescription on insomnia,in order to provide a direction for future clinical and basic experimental research.Methods 1.Collect the insomnia medical cases of Professor Ji Bing’s outpatient department in the Treatment Center of Huzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from May 2019 to October 2022,and mine the normalized data based on the TCM inheritance assistance platform,such as general information,frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis,etc,to obtain the medication rules and summarize the experience.2.BATMAN-TCM online tool was used to screen potential components,genes,targets and pathways of core prescriptions,and explore the mechanism of new prescriptions on insomnia.Results 1.Data mining results:(1)A total of 199 Chinese herbs were used in 302 prescriptions,and their properties were mainly smooth,warm and cold.The medicine is mainly sweet and bitter.The main homing meridians are heart,lung and liver meridians.The efficacy statistics were mainly in tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,calming mind,and reducing water and wetting.The tongue coating was light and thin and white.Slow pulse and thin pulse were the most frequent pulse signs.(2)The results of correlation analysis showed that there were 9 groups of core drugs with high correlation of Radix aconiti and Acacia bark.(3)clustering analysis result is:the core prescription ① the first black cane,cortex albiziae,poria cocos,astragalus,angelica,polygala,zizyphus jujube kernel,main licorice;② Radix shogunatum,albizia bark,Poria cocos,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix sinensis,Atractylodes atractylodes,Codonopsis;③ Shouwudeng,Acacia bark,Poria,Bupleuri,Angelica sinensis,Jiaozhizi,Rehmanniae radix,Paeoniae alba;④ Shouwuteng,acacia bark,Poria,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes,Angelica sinensis,fried licorice,Polygala;⑤ Radix aconiti,Acacia bark,Poria cocos,Rhizoma pinellia,Tangerine peel,Scutellaria baicalensis,Polygala,Licorice;⑥ Shouwu,acacia skin,Poria,Angelica,Schisandrae,Astragalus,oyster,Paeony.2.Network pharmacology results:The BATMAN-TCM analysis showed that the new formula mainly concentrated in cardiovascular diseases,nervous system diseases and psychiatric diseases,mainly involving pathway tyrosine metabolism,glutaminergic synapses,serotonergic synapses and dopaminergic synapses.Conclusion 1.Through data mining method,Professor Ji Bing’s clinical medication rules and prescription ideas in the treatment of insomnia are obtained.The main academic ideas are as follows:adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang in the body,combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,dividing deficiency and excess in treatment first,supplementing deficiency and relieving the mind in deficiency syndrome;The evidence is based on the principles of clearing heat,promoting water and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the core prescription for the treatment of insomnia deficiency syndrome is formulated:Shouwudeng,alghuanpi,calcinated oyster,Poria,fried licorice,Angelica,Polygala.2.Network pharmacology shows that the new prescription has potential therapeutic effect on insomnia.
